Today I had probably one of the easiest as well as hassle free shopping experiences in my 43 years on this spinning rock we all call earth. I do not ever take the time to review any experiences good or bad that I have ,but due to the absolute professionalism and knowledge of the salesman Hugo as well as the other employees and departments that we may not see with our own eyes but know are working behind the scenes, I felt if I didn't recommend GOL auto group and specifically the location on north Lamar I would not be showing my sincere thanks and appreciation for something that is very rare and that my friends are car salesman that want you to be happy and leave with a feeling that you got what u wanted at a fair price and have PC of mind that because of the staff and there work ethic at GOL auto group you can drive off the lot knowing any question you had about safety or anything else was answered and also explained with a conviction of knowledge that puts us a novice customers about car buying and safety at ease thanks low mileage car for great price once again special thanks to my salesman Hugo even though I witnessed a whole location of Michael Jordan's ..

Bought a 2017 f150 3 months later, engine failure! Customer service changes real quick once you made the purchase, specially if you finance with bank. Recommended few of my friends they all having issues with their vehicles too, stay away from this place.

i’m very aware of what vehicle i purchased. that has nothing to do with the fact that you guys delete codes and you put tires with different bolt patterns on that
specific vehicle which is extremely dangerous. you sold the car to me, correct? so i’m assuming you looked at it and your mechanics obviously changed the wheels from jeep to chevy which is a completely different bolt pattern and caused the lug nuts to brake while driving from all the friction. only reason i make this post NOW is because no one would touch it for a whole year due to how dangerous it was! every mechanic told me you guys shouldn’t have sold a car in that condition and that it WAS NOT SAFE TO DRIVE. so i finally junked it for some cash this year. it’s been sitting for over 5 months, don’t try to play with me. the BBB needs to look into you guys.
i got the receipts and photos from your photos selling the car with JEEP wheels to the day it was picked up with chevy wheels. i was told this vehicle was safe for me and my kids, clearly it wasn’t but if you want to talk about the age of the car NOW then maybe that should have been brought up then, like i said i could have been pointed to another car like any honest car dealer would. you knew the issues the car since yall tried hiding it.
and just to add catalytics don’t just go bad in less than a year and that code popped up days after buying the car and my mechanics said it’s been bad and you guys deleted the code to sell it. dirty deleting codes and lying that cars are in good condition is a dangerous game.

bought a jeep cherokee cash from this dealership because i needed a good vehicle to get my kids back and forth from school, explained to the guy i needed a good vehicle for that reason and he reassured me it was, IT WASNT. they took the jeep wheels off the vehicle that were on it in the photo on their site and replaced it with chevy wheels that don’t even fit. the lug nuts ended up cutting themselves off WHILE I WAS DRIVING causinf the wheel to practically fall off the car on the highway!!!! the catalytic is BAD AND THEY CLEARED THE CODE but of course it popped back up over time!! bad transmission. terrible car for anyone especially someone driving around with children in the car. these people sold a car knowing it was a death trap. and they guy had photos of his family on his desk, could have some morals and directed me to another vehicle but didn’t care just wanted to make a sale. i junked the car so it is gone. BEWARE AND DONT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE. clearing codes and selling dangerous vehicles, disgusting.

It’s a car dealership like any other. Vehicle I called for was not at this dealership when I arrived. The manager told me it was sent to the other branch where they had a potential buyer. I drove quite a distance to get there and was disappointed. He did show me another vehicle but it was out of my budget.

I was car shopping and decided to stop at this parking lot. I already was paying on a vehicle that was a lemon so I discussed it with David and he couldn’t help cause he didn’t have what I wanted...I started going once a week, I knew my lump sum was near. Approx 2 weeks later, I stopped by again to visit David, he seen me and went to the back, and didn’t come back out until I left, he done this to me twice. Well I received my lump sum of money and went else where and bought a 10,000 car and went back to Gols car lot and showed David and told him please next time don’t judge a book by it covers, I reminded him how he had treated me and lost his money and customer. He texted me stating for me to jump in a Lake, I responded.... In the name of Jesus Christ. All Spanish people were treat with high respect and a smile but I am a black woman, I was treated differently, but a God made a way and I stayed a away. I will never go back!!!! Ha ha ha lol, he missed his money and Good paying customer. A lesson learned.
