They are extremely rude when you ask to cancel and will basically not let you cancel a membership. Basically theft or a big scam. Either way im going back to snap fitness. Golds was by far the worst experience Ive ever had

Beware!!! This gym charges you a $15/month to freeze your account due to extended travels or other reasons. It is ridiculous that they don’t offer a courtesy hold to their members’ account and instead charge a fee. I can only imagine what kind of hoops we have to jump through when we decide to cancel the membership.

The staff is great. I've liked everyone they hire. Management is constantly improving the gym and have recently added another squat/deadlift platform, better treadmills with tactile speed/incline adjustments, reverse hyper and multiple calf raise machines.Anderson Mill's falls short compared to other Gold's such as Cypress Creek, which has many more platforms and a hotter sauna, but they are much better than Cedar Park location which has much less equipment and is, frankly, boring. This gym gets 3 stars in comparison to other Gold's, because as it stands today it's right down the middle.Main thing they need to do is improve the sauna. It barely gets up to 150 F and always stinks, almost as if management doesn't know or care anything about saunas and views them it an afterthought.I'll keep working out at this location, but I do have to travel to Cypress Creek for decent heat exposure.

Just came back to golds after a harrowing few years at planet fitness. Actually friendly staff. Good equipment. A little cramped. Still a great gym environment.

I had a personal training session with Matt Bustamante. I can say he is well educated on the body. He pays attention to detail and knows how to get the muscles really going. I was very satisfied with my session. The gym itself is a Great environment with great customer service at the front desk which when you really don’t feel like going to the gym it’s welcoming and it means the world ! Great staff !

Matt Bustamante is the real deal! If you are looking for personal training he is extremely knowledgeable, timely, and personable. I've done weightlifting for a few years already, but I learned so much from a session with him. He knows several cues to help you get your form down so you can lift safely. Been to other gyms that did not listen to what I wanted out of personal training. Matt knew exactly what I needed and got me there.

Love the people that come here. Friendly environment. Ppl are really helpful if you ask, including the staff. Matt Bustamante and Aimee at the front desk are super nice and will help you if you need any help woth an exercise. I come between 9pm to 11pm. Gym is generally pretty chill during these hours.

I like that there's always a trainer around to show you what to do. I also like the fact that a full workout is only a half hour. The gym is always clean and there's usually no wait to start your circuit. They recently changed their hours and they're not open when I prefer to go, so I have to plan my days around their schedule, which is a bit of a bummer.
