THIS IS NOT A STORE ! ! ! If you come here to thrift shop, prepare for disappointment. (Although there is Goodwill store nearby...)

I am wondering what ever happened to excellent customer service... DISCLAIMER ON MY PART: The sunglasses were clearly tagged and priced $1.49 each. Pink goodwill sticker. Plain as day. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Not this particular location anyhow. I understand it is a place to get a good deal on clothes, housewares, etc. for those who cannot afford the high end stores that try to gauge ur eyes out with their high prices. I decided to bring my mother so she could find something she needed. Huge mistake. I found 2 new pair of kids sun glasses for $1.49 so I bought them. The receipt stated I was charged double so I asked for a refund of the difference. The "manager" who took 10 minutes to come to the front anyhow advised me (rudely) that she couldn't sell them to me at that price and I couldn't have my money back either. Yeah. Ok. So I advised her in the same tone that I was not leaving the store until she returned everything I had purchased that totaled $51.30. She is absolutely clueless as to what her job entails. She took her sweet time to do it and had no clue what she was doing. She literally had to redo it 3 times and then I paid with debit and she tried to put it back on my card and kept asking me to re insert my card which I refused to do after the second time because I am in Austin and out of town so my bank was going to freeze my card if she kept trying to make me insert it too many times. Needless to say she just gave up and gave me back my money in cash. So she had so much pride in her she would rather lose a $50 sale over $3. Yes. Ok That's good business... her name is Anita. Go by and see her. See if she can ruin ur day.

Appears to be an apartment complex, not a goodwill.
