This Goodwill store used to be a lot nicer than it is now. Now it’s kind of rundown and everything looks like it’s been thrown blindly on the shelves with no order or plan. Nowadays, the Austin pets alive thrift is my go to store for both shopping and donating, because it’s nicer, and The money goes to the no kill shelters which I feel strongly about. But Goodwill is also a good organization, I just wish they kept the store up better. If they did, they might get better donations of higher quality merchandise. And as some people have pointed out, the staff here are often sort of unhelpful, let’s just say.

Why have 4 dressing rooms and only utilize 2 in the middle of a Saturday? Always. The number of people I've seen get so frustrated waiting that they dump their clothes and leave the store suggests that this practice is costing you money.

told me they couldn’t take $2 bills & the cashier struggled to count $1 bills & kept miscounting it, I wouldn’t trust this place with your money

“Is not accepting donations” not sure how a goodwill can justify turning away 3 shirts I was donating but I have never heard of it.

Over the years I've donated clothing and electronic items to various Goodwill outlets, and most of them look nice. I must have caught this one on a bad day (so to speak), as this store is the filthiest place I've seen in ages. Disgusting bathroom with overflowing toilet, and the employees here seem to have bad attitudes. Avoid this location.

I went in last night for a last minute Halloween costume I scored bigtime!! You can tell the managers do a great job, at least the 1 I saw last night, she was very good! Seeing so much negative reviews, they have a wide selection & staff happened to be very nice & friendly great big parking lot!

Spent an hour shopping and picking out clothes to try on, only to be told the fitting rooms were closed! Apparently they close them at 6pm although the store doesn't close until 8pm because they are "short staffed" for cleanup/closing... Hire more people, we all know Goodwill's top people are millionaires so it's not like you can't afford to staff your stores properly.

We had 10 minutes till 8 this guy pushing a pallet stopped me and my wife we were looking at a TV and he started to be really rude and said we had to go we told him were looking at TV the lady in the front told us we have 10 minutes he goes puts the pallet up comes back out and we have like 5 minutes left he goes y'all have to go let's go now he was harassing us he didn't even have a name badge on to get his name if this how a goodwill employee is wow it's crazy how he was acting and we had 3 kids with us and my kids are little y'all have to be careful with this employee there it's not safe for the public people

The store is just fine I was there with 3 other friends who were simply shopping until an associate pointed out my friend accusing her of vaping in the store when we were not. We stated we weren’t and kept accusing us that we were. Wouldn’t let the convo end after I had stated we were not, and would not. Stated we were “giving her cancer while working.” Appreciate the supervisor for apologizing but even after the convo she started talking about us to her other associates and pointing at us that we just got uncomfortable and left.

Good finds and nice stuff helpful dress and rooms to try on things I do think that they need to do a little bit more dusting but other than that I can find things that I wanted
