Staff is super friendly, and some even introduce themselves! They have great clothes, most are clean and pressed, and a lot of designer clothing. I had to buy clothes for a new job and spent $100, most of the clothing around $7 each. So, I got a ton of stuff! They now let you return items if they don't fit, since there are no dressing rooms. Just keep your receipt and leave the tags on. Love this place!

Love this location!
I live in Dripping Spring and still drive to this location because of the very reasonable price points, excellent management/ staff, and welcoming atmosphere.
The Brodie location makes my local Dripping Springs Goodwill location look terrible greedy, poorly ran, and downright unfriendly.
Brodie I will continue to spend my hard earned money with you until you sell out, hopefully that isn’t anytime soon!!

I’ve been shopping @ this location a lot & have never had issues until today. I had an interaction with a manager named “Sammy” that left me speechless. I was asking for a price adjustment for a group of items that were listed as 12 pieces but there were only 8 pieces. The cashier suggested I be satisfied with the 30% senior discount which I thought was ridiculous so I asked to speak to a manager. She was rude from the get go yet called me out for being rude. She was the one who offered an attitude, no solution & refused to believe me when I told her there weren’t more pieces to buy. By the way, the price was 12.49 for something that was donated to them. I told her to keep them. Between the high prices & this person, I’m ready to boycott Goodwill as a whole. I won’t be donating there anymore either.

I learned you can no longer try clothes on. So they are losing my business. I like to be able to try on what I buy. Very upsetting

I used to love this store for all the books they had. There used to be 6 tall shelves full of books including children’s books. It was always hot and miss but since the remodel. They have cut the book section to two small shelves and what they put out are old books that no one wants and books that aren’t appealing. I am disappointed when I see other stores from different places have a nice and plentiful selection. Even the goodwill bookstores aren’t just books anymore because they sell random items like a big goodwill store. Very limited selection of books. I hope the higher ups take these reviews seriously.

If you want to wait 20 minutes in a line, this is the place.

Why are there no fitting rooms? I don't care about your generous return policy if it doesn't reimburse me for gas and time wasted. Especially considering Goodwill is supposed to help those struggling economically. Not making their lives more difficult and situations worse. Shame on you all

Super rude manager Jean didn’t let the employee explain the exchange he said he was too busy to deal with the exchange!! Hope he treats his employee with more respect!!

This place used to be great but since they re-did it there are no changing rooms and the prices are insane. They also don’t have a jewelry section like most goodwills.
The staff is very nice though.

One of my favorite Goodwill stores - mostly because of the wonderful staff and management. I’ve been shopping here and donating here for years and have always had a really great experience.

Employees are very sweet but no changing rooms completely ruins the shopping experience. Is the extra money from people not wanting to come back to return this really worth ruining the experience for everyone?

I have been going to this store for a while, but the past few experiences were rough and this last one has me deciding not to return to this location, even though it's the closest to me & I tend to like the items at this location. The staff, however, are so very rude. I've had staff refuse to assist me, sigh in annoyance when I ask questions, flat ignore me when I say a pleasant hello when passing, and then today I had a staff member follow me down the isle talking trash to me because I brought my donation inside with me. I was planning to shop and the line outside was super long, like 10 cars deep, so I thought, "hell, I'm going inside anyway, just take it in with you." That got me treated rudely and followed down the aisle by staff member Jean (i think that's the spelling - the guy at the counter originally wouldn't give me his name and I had to tell him how upset I was to get it so I don't even know if that is the right name) telling me about how they don't want people doing that and that's just how it's done there. I asked him multiple times to stop talking to me and leave me alone, but he would not. I finally just left my cart where it was and left the store. Like I said, this is not the first time I was treated poorly at this location, but it will be the last as I will not be returning to this location or donating to any Goodwill going forward unless something is done regarding the way they treat customers at this location. This is the most convenient location for me, so I would prefer to go here. However, I am really sick of being treated poorly at this store.
