Donation window worker was RUDE she proceeded to tell my mom to take the stuff down when she’s 60+ of age. Past couple times we’ve been here workers would unload everything off the truck. Hope this issue gets address and that attitude.

Drop off is the worst customer service. Literally brought so much stuff and the man wanted nothing to do with it. Then when he finally brought a box we unloaded everything while he cried about not being Hercules when we didn’t wanna drop glass into a 4 ft box . Very uncomfortable very unprofessional his store manager he threatened us with whom absolutely wanted to talk to was very nice and obviously understands his employees temper tantrums.

Just went by to drop off some very nice things, but when I got to the drop off the guy was picking out things and saying he would only take certain things. I have never been to a goodwill that doesn't accept the free things they are given. Horrible and will never be going back.

They responded and offered to give me a tour. I’ve worked for them. There is zero evidence that the money they’re over making is paying down the price of Tshirt. Especially when the CEO earns over half a million dollars- up to millions. When I can’t buy a shirt for $5. We care about your education efforts but not at the expense of price gouging. Trumps.
T-shirt now is $10 and pants are going between25-40. There is no benefit to shopping at goodwill.

The Manager George David is very unprofessional, rude , and very disrespectful. He’s also very catty and messy to be in a leadership role! I would enjoy the shopping experience without him or his negative attitude/energy or presence.

While checking out, the cashier lady working tonight made rude comments about last-minute shoppers, even though there were still 20 minutes until closing. It was disheartening, especially since I had already spent three hours searching for new tops to wear for work. Everyone has different schedules, and I really just wanted to complete my purchase without the negativity. I wish she had focused on providing good service instead of offering unsolicited remarks. Other than that instance, my experience was great! Clean store and organized racks .

I can’t come here anymore. The bathrooms have been like this the past two times I’ve been here! What are we supposed to think of the rest of the store? This is a photo of every toilet. No clean toilet to use. It’s disgusting! Manager must be blind - this needs deep cleaning

Prices on most items were higher than other Goodwills, but we found some stuff that we wanted to buy anyway.
Two out of four of the changing rooms were closed because they had a bunch of junk in it. Asked the manager if they could pull stuff out so people could try on clothes since there was a long line, she said no. Other two rooms were taken over by people with shopping carts full of clothes to try on, no enforcement of 4 item policy by manager lady who was standing next to the changing rooms. After about 15 minutes we put our stuff back and left

Decent selection (at least at the time of my visit), even found some fun men's clothing which can be difficult.

I had a pickup bed full of good items from an estate. The guys at the receiving door rolled their eyes and then ran away. There were no bins or help to unload. In disgust, I just threw everything away. There's now several thousand dollars worth of clothes, furniture, kitchen items, etc in the Austin dump. I recommend that you either give your stuff directly to people, take it to a charity who can use it, or just landfill it. Whatever you do don't take it here. These guys are getting paid whether they take your stuff or not. They certainly don't appreciate it.
