Unfortunately a completely inept shop. Was here in March and spent over $1k replacing all 4 tires. Shortly thereafter one of the sensors died/stopped being able to be read by the computer, which is weird timing but fine. I bring the car in to replace the one sensor, which they did (took 2 hours), but when I left the car gave me a new error that the "tire pressure monitor was inoperative." Came back and the lady started gaslighting me and treating me like an idiot trying to convince me that all 3 good sensors (plus the new one they just replaced apparently) died at the exact same instant vs accepting the possibility that the tire pressure monitor was inoperative like the car said. Just own your mistake! You obviously did something to mess up the functionality of the computer / monitor. If you owned it instead of patronizing me we could move forward more quickly and efficiently. Moreover, people don't know how to use the computers, there is no sense of urgency / prioritization, and I doubt they even rotated the tires like I asked for. Their alignment machine is also broken. Horrible experience overall and about 4 hours of my Saturday all in.

Great customer service and auto service. Brandon took care of us and our vehicle same day. We would recommend them to anyone. Friendly staff and trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by, but this Goodyear location definitely earned our trust. Thank you.

Grossly overcharged above market price for standard services (oil change and cabin air filter change) and manager took over a month to get back to me despite me calling in every week. After finally getting them to admit their disservice, I was willing to look over everything but they are forcing me to come in-person to get a refund even though I won’t be able to for a few months. Are we not living in 2023? Can we not conduct simple transactions? Poor service all the way from the sales floor to management.Bottom line, would definitely not recommend this store. I would hate for my mother to visit the store, and I worry about the elderly who naively accept their charges. Find somewhere else.

I am writing this in the lobby while I have been waiting to get my 2 front tires changed. They did tell me it would be "over an hour" I was ready for that wait and I said I would wait, it has now been 4 hours, my bad perhaps? I asked how much longer it would take and she said " a few more minutes" that was an hour ago. I don't know what to do/say other than let everyone know to avoid this place if you value your own time.

Took my car in for just an oil change and left with a battery that no longer worked. Battery and alternator were replaced 2 years earlier and never had an issue since. Goodyear claimed the battery needed to be replaced but could offer no explanation to why a relatively new battery would suddenly stop working. Do not go here unless you want to be ripped off and pay for problems created by the mechanics.

I came in here for the most standard nail puncture in my tire... and without any knowledge of mileage or tread measurement, they said I need FOUR NEW TIRES... These tires haven't even gone 25K miles. I took it somewhere else - $25 patch job, totally fine.Do not go here - I can't imagine the amount of customers they have taken advantage of, unknowingly. Any senior citizen would have probably agreed with them and paid $900 for a new set. Makes me sick

After getting an inspection, my husband took my car to Goodyear for an oil change. Everyone was nice but this is where my car took a turn for the worse. As soon as I got my car back I noticed it was driving differently. 5 days later it won't start. An $80 oil change turned into a $300 battery replacement service and a missed trip. We appreciate the $15 off sale though.

So I waited 24 hours before I posted my review sense I was so upset yesterday. People PLEASE READ the comments. NONE of the 1 star 2 star people are lying. Too many of us have the same stories. Unfortunately I have had to deal with them not rendering services they charge for, for the past 10 months. I am a driver for a company and that is the service location they have approved but will be changing after yesterday. Once again brought my car in at 8 am for my appointment which was a oil change, tire rotation, break check and tire thread check. They first lost my keys and then did not have my car ready until 10 mins before close 6pm. Where I then had to confront them again for not rotating and not checking brakes or tire thread. Infact they had to go back out after they asked me to pay to get on the ground with a flash light to check and had to top fluids off because I confronted them again for not doing it. I was then informed how after they checked my 2 front tires are less then 2 thread obviously needing 2 new tires that had they called me about when they were open and not taken 10 hours to do a oil change with a scheduled appointment at 8am I could've bought tires. So I had to drive off the lot unsafe and they cost the buisness money as well. The kicker was when I was asked by a Goodyear mechanic lead why was it such a big deal to me the company is paying for it. The company that sends thousands of dollars their way they made clear they were comfortable charging them even if the service was not rendered??? Like what?? Like I asked them how many more people are you doing this to? Had I not painted my tires months ago I never would've noticed they weren't rotating them. I don't know crazy me really thought Goodyear was a great comapny i would rather take my chances with walmart. When I read the reviews I seen that I am not the only one this is happening to. And the company clearly doesn't care sending computer automative responses. If you want your car actually serviced don't go here!!! I also have video and pics of it all.

Extremely disappointed… came here with an appointment on the 23rd for an oil change and a brake consultation - took a total of 1.5 hours. Scheduled another appointment for the 28th following the consultation to replace rear brake pads & rotors. Sat and waited for 5 hours for them to come out and say that they had ordered the wrong part and the service wouldn’t be completed. The manager kindly scheduled another appointment for the 4th with 10% off my service and informed me that it would be prioritized and take 30 minutes. Yet again I have sat there and waited 3 hours for the service to be completed - they said that flushing the brake fluid was unable to be completed as the specific tech to do that left at 4:30.. (my appointment was at 3:00pm???) Kind people, but poor service and communication - very difficult to want to come back for future needs.

This place is a complete scam. Trying to sell me a tire for 250 instead of just patching it. They claimed they can't patch something a second time. Ok.AND they went under my hood! I know this because I was driving on the highway 5 minutes later AND MY HOOD FLEW OPEN. What does checking my engine have to do with my one tire? I could have gotten in a wreck and died. And it would have been Goodyears fault. Don't trust them. Go anywhere else.

Chris and his team are lovely. They were neither condescending nor exploitative and were straightforward with me. They went above and beyond to help me and I intend to continue coming back to this Goodyear for tire needs and beyond

Went in for just a tire patch, had a spare on the car. There were no other customers in the lobby, it Took the tech, Angelica Muhammad over an hour and a half, and they didn’t turn off my TPMS light on the dash, they also didn’t care to put my spare tire back in the trunk correctly. While I was fixing the spare tire in the parking lot myself, I mentioned it to the service writer Victor Gonzales, and he was extremely sarcastic back to me about it, you know, like a child. Don’t go here, ever.
