I booked a last-minute appointment over a holiday weekend when I had some fuel tank trouble with my RAM 1500. I got a quick confirmation of the last minute appointment and was greeted by Peter and the friendly staff during drop off. The staff performed an oil change (at my request) and quick diagnostic of my issue but we're not able to recreate the issue. Rather than attempting to upsell me on any services or convince me that I needed major fuel tank fixes, they provided an honest opinion about my issue, recommended a few precautions, and welcomed me to bring the truck back if it persisted. They didn't even charge me for the diagnostic. Great experience and they have my business going forward!

So first off, they take about 1.5-2 hours for a simple oil change; they have two old guys back there moseying around before finishing the work (not against older guys but TWO HOURS for an oil change?!?!). Then, they told my wife that she needed her belt changed because it had cracks, and tried to sell her on it. She took it to the VW dealership (you know, the people notoriously known for pushing work that isn’t necessary) and said it was fine. They ALSO said my Subaru needed about $6K worth of work (the actual value of the vehicle), didn’t do any of it, and it’s still driving wonderfully.
Wouldn’t touch this company with a ten foot dip stick anymore.

Gordons always takes care of my car and truck. They are friendly efficient and competent. This time they quickly change out 3 light bulbs and noticed a missing lug nut.
