I have a professional relationship with George and the team (Ben & Dave) at Grace Cap. There's nothing better than knowing someone you can trust in this space. Grace Cap genuinely wants to help anyone they can even though they may not end up working with them. That's a great sign of character.

I really enjoy the fact that the team at Grace Capital Management take the time to educate me on the systems and processes they use to invest my assets. They’re very knowledgeable and personable, all of them, and I feel very comfortable working with them. Anytime I have a question, someone is there to answer it. I highly recommend this company for the level of expertise and professionalism. Thank you for everything, Grace Cap!

I was a client of Grace Capital Management with George Duff (aka JORGE RODRIGO COLL), principal and "*dually registered financial advisor", managing my investments for over 5 years. I have never been treated so poorly, unprofessionally OR paid so much in fees to receive horrible financial management. I was put in ill-suited funds for my needs and financial goals that I should NEVER have been invested in. They were totally misrepresented to me and he violated the "know your customer rule". Because the funds are illiquid, it is questionable whether I will EVER be able to get my investment back. This was WAY before the financial crisis we're facing with the economy shutdown and when the market was at a record high so I should have been earning money with my investment going UP not DOWN. Making only .7% in 2018 was ridiculous! At almost 70 years old it was extremely upsetting to find out that two of my investments actually have class action lawsuits filed against them! Mr. Duff became upset that I had questions about my investments and, after paying he and his firm TENS OF THOUSANDS of dollars, I was "fired" as a client because of my inquiry. I am now stranded with a significant portion my retirement funds being held in bad investments and I'm stuck paying over 1% a year management funds to his firm. When talking to the companies he had me invested in one said Grace Capital Management was paid a 15% commission for selling me a fund that is being sued by investors. I was outraged that I was put in a fund ill-suited to my needs with exorbitant incentives paid to an investment firm that should be concerned with my welfare. Mr. Duff denied their claim, but I no longer believe what he says. If we go to court to settle this case all will be revealed and I will update this post. He has yelled at me and demeaned me when I tried to sell my holdings (I didn't realize that I was stuck with them), he wouldn't return my phone calls, he says I've made six figure returns which is untrue, 2 years ago I made only .7% on my investments while he made 1.2%, I've tried for years to sell an investment of $85k and 5 years later I'm still losing money and can't sell, I wanted safe investments and just found out he put my money in "alternative" investments.....it's a nightmare! I should be enjoying life and retirement instead of worrying about my life savings draining away slowly without being able to access it. The website investor.com rates Grace Capital Management only 3 stars out of 5 (on May 5, 2020) and firms that receive a 4.5 or 5-star rating are considered TRUSTED them. Raising even more questions since he has had a complaint filed against him by someone else even though it was resolved. I was questioning the advice I received from Mr. Duff and his company and when I did a search on him I found this photo and police record that's in the public domain. Certainly makes me question his decision making even more. You be the judge for yourself. I won't give them another dime of my money if I can help it and my advice is buyer beware AND do your research. * IMPORTANT NOTE: According to statistics 99.2% of all financial advisors barred from the industry have been either a broker or DUALLY REGISTERED advisor!!!
