This location has exceptional service! I came in today to pick up an order for my boss and there was a minor issue. I was helped by a guy named Jessie, he was very nice, patient and assisted me through the entire process until we figued it out. Thanks Jessie!!

Avoid this place at all cost it’s worth taking the 15 minute trip to the other location very lazy and unmotivated employees that work here

Came in with gf to pick up some safety shoes for her work. Staff was super accommodating. Literally spent less than 15 minutes inside the store. Great job to all of you @ Graingers!

GREAT service and quality parts! I mistakenly tried to replace our HVAC blower motor with a cheaper motor from Amazon (first it was delivered to the wrong house) I installed it and it blew like a toddler trying to blow out birthday candles—basically nothing. So I got in the car and headed over to Grainger, the staff was SUPER courteous, helpful and promptly gave me the correct (much higher quality) motor, installed it and I'm the shero of my family- our upstairs AC is working again. High praise to Grainger and next time we need parts you'll be our first stop! Thank you.

here's what you need to know before coming to this location
plenty of parking it looks huge from the outside but when you go in the inside it's a very relatively small area everything is pretty much just special order to go
The strategy with this place though is you can get a business line of credit that reports to dun & Bradstreet as well as a business profile for experian and TransUnion to build your credit and make purchases in the website and pick them up here at this location to build your business credit position you to be favorable for business loan in the future like from the SBA
The Hispanic gentleman at the front was very friendly hospitable help me understand that any order you make online is pretty much canceled in 10 days but in my case my order was not canceled it was able to pull it up get me what I needed and I found very hard to find wipes that are friendly to delicate skin to clean off metals off the hands which I deal with all the time with computer electronics
on top of that I will note they also had shoes surprisingly enough like high quality shoes not just for work but just in general use a wolverine brand that I know is relatively harder to find these days for men
also keep in mind this place is more structured it's supposed to people in construction we need specialized items for work and/or their business also no public restrooms as far as I can figure out
also I'm not quite sure people really understand what all they carry because it is marked themselves as quality products but one time might even came in looking for fishing wire which they don't carry so not that kind of quality product
again the theme is you set up an account with these guys to help build your business credit and get a line of credit to the website process and make orders from so that you can just pick them up here or go have your orders ready for pickup it's a lot of rare and hard to find items involving construction to feel kind of items and cleaning products

What a complete waste of time. I placed an order online, paid in advance, and then received a cancellation email after placing the order—with no explanation and no attempt to contact me first. This isn’t the first time it’s happened, and I’m on a tight deadline.
If something is wrong with the order, at least call or message me before canceling it automatically. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially when people are relying on timely delivery. Do better!!!!

Real bad I got their at that location at 4:05 pm and they close at 4:00 pm I had to get out of work early and they still close early

Staff was very helpful, the exact item I was looking for wasn’t in stock but they helped me find an alternative. Made a noticeable effort to take care of everyone in the store on a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back.

I return some merchandise I paid cash @ the time I purchased, they said they gonna issue me a check it’s take gonna take 5 business day now it’s 25 days Iam waiting for my money no return was made yet, I been call them so many times just they keep buying the time its $401.00 .being that big company doing like this thing
