Staff was very helpful, the exact item I was looking for wasn’t in stock but they helped me find an alternative. Made a noticeable effort to take care of everyone in the store on a timely manner. I will definitely be coming back.

I return some merchandise I paid cash @ the time I purchased, they said they gonna issue me a check it’s take gonna take 5 business day now it’s 25 days Iam waiting for my money no return was made yet, I been call them so many times just they keep buying the time its $401.00 .being that big company doing like this thing

Grainger did some soul searching or something because they are back! Needed a capacitor for an AC compressor. Called and talked to a very polite english speaking woman. They didn't have the exact part ,but she connected me with a technical expert that provided a compatible part. Who then connected me with the store to verify inventory and pull the part before I arrived at the store. Paid over the phone and the part was waiting for me.Back on the job site and part replaced before lunch was over. I am back to using Grainger as my first call.

Waited 20+ minutes to pick up a small order that was already paid for. Nobody bothered to ask if anyone was here picking up an order. Turns out there was a guy in the back. Only 3 customers total in the store. Abysmal process for picking up an order. Friendly staff.
