I go always go to greats clip in Steiner ranch 620 Austin Tx for haircut and been happy with the service. But this last Saturday had a very bad experience for a haircut. I think her name was Mark or something and completely messed up my hair. She was reluctant and disinterested from the very beginning. I also feel she was judgmental towards me from the very beginning. Was very disappointed and extremely unhappy with the service from this one employee and I hope management gets this feedback about her
Stylist: Don’t remember exactly but I think she said her name was Mark or Matt or something. The incident happened on Saturday 07/20 around noon and should be on camera

Glad I had a coupon. From the moment I walked in I knew I should had left. Lady at front chair was rude seems to be bothered I was a walk-in with 0 wait time. Second lady on the 3 or 4th chair to your right checked me in and gave me a what I felt is a military cut. Took her all but 6-7 mins to give me a haircut. She went through the hair cut so fast she didn’t even noticed she caught my ear with her clippers and now my neck feels likes it burning. Probably needs new ones or at least clean them. Still I was nice enough to tip and still she had the audacity to roll her eyes. Didn’t complain just wanted to leave this experience behind me. Would give 0 stars if I could I would not recommend anyone going to this establishment.

Easily the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten. I know Great Clips isn’t exactly a high end salon. However, this was atrocious. I mean this lady single-handedly aged me 30 years with one haircut. She even had the audacity to say “I bet you get a lot of bad haircuts, most people don’t know how to cut thick hair” as she’s butchering my hair beyond comprehension. Apparently her approach to thick hair is to thin it to the point of making the customer look like they’re halfway through chemotherapy. The human dictionary cannot even express how bad this haircut is. I genuinely think a blind person without hands could do better. I would upload pictures to try and communicate this better, but I’m afraid I might throw up in the process of taking a picture of myself. Seriously, if you aren’t over the age of 80 and you mildly value your appearance, don’t go here. ?

NEVER stepping foot in a single Great Clips again. Showed up at 10:15 on a Sunday, RIGHT after they opened, and was waiting listed 74 minutes because people NOT EVEN THERE were checked in online (only 1 customer was there waiting- ONE customer!). THIS IS INSANE!! This place has room for up to 10 stylists but NEVER has more than two working! I will be taking my business elsewhere and encourage EVERYONE to do the same. Would leave a 0 star review if I could.

Really poor attitude and not welcoming at all at this location. Not going back. Plaza Volante location up the road on 620 is so much better and friendlier.
