The woman who assisted me was phenomenal! Apparently, I checked in online to the wrong Great Clips, but she took me in anyways! I got an undercut leaving 2 strands in front, and she offered great suggestions as to where the cut met long hair and how much hair to add into the 2 strands. It ended up being my favorite hair cut! I braid the strands and I'm giving fairy vibes! I feel so much more like myself!

Pauline Sanchez is exceptional. Best haircut I have had in a while. Great clips is so efficient and fast makes it easy to get a haircut. The stylists are hit and miss so you have to accept that from time to time. Best value overall.

I've been getting my hair cut by Norma at Great Clips for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. Norma consistently does an excellent job, paying attention to detail and ensuring I leave looking my best every time. Her expertise and professionalism are of the highest caliber.
Additionally, I want to give a shout-out to Jodi, one of Norma's coworkers. Jodi is fantastic with all customers, especially children. Her friendly and patient demeanor makes every visit a pleasant experience. Both Norma and Jodi make Great Clips a wonderful place for a haircut.

My hairstylist ,Pauline, was beyond amazing, caring, considerate, detail oriented, connected with always asking my preferences. Other stylist that I have had are mechanical wit no connection to the customer, like robots. . If I could rate this is zero I would. My experience was one of the worst ever. I checked in at 12:45 and was at the store when it was my turn, the barber that tends to me went on break when I got there which I completely understand. She then, took me off of the list and told me to check in again. When I returned, she was late from her break and took the person ahead of me. I was waiting a full hour to get my haircut but I never did. I eventually was tired of waiting and left. This was a very avoidable and annoying situation.

Annemarie did a great job! I just got a trim and it looks great, was quick, and reasonably priced. She was very kind and helpful as well.
