9/16/25 9:30am got my hair cut at the Parmer and Mopac location. Got home and found I was bleeding in the back of my neck and had razer burnes above my right eye and two places on my left ear. I will never use Great Clips again. This is the man that did it all. I went back and showed him what he had done. He apologised and refunded my money. I asked to. See the manager and he said he was the manager, very unlikey.

I went to Great Clips Austin this afternoon and had the one the worst haircut experiences. The lady assigned to me was so disinterested and unprofessional. I knew what I wanted and showed her a lot of pictures for reference but she didn't do anything close to that. She just trimmed off the bulk of my hair so rapidly and carelessly, and I ended up with uneven left and right side fades. The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes, she didn't have any patience to listen to my feedback. She didn't even introduce herself or tell me her name. Not going back again.

This is works great clips of all with very worst staff ever. They keep the customers waiting without checking them in with no proper orders for haircuts. Never again going at this location.

I went to Great Clips this evening and had a terrible experience! The lady who was cutting my hair was completely unprofessional and butchered my hair. She was cutting hair like she was doing it for free - with no care or attention to detail whatsoever! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else .
I can’t even give it one star . It’s really that bad .

Bad experience. Short Asian guy cut my hair. He finished haircut in like 5 minutes and waiting for me at the register to pay the bill. I need to call him back for adjustments to my hair. He is rude and doesn’t listen to your requests. Didn’t like the style and his behavior.

Worst hair cut experience ever. The guy Brandon ward is hitting my head with the trimmer as if he is doing some meat cutting. Coming to hair styling, no experience at all and very bad cutting style.

My oh My- I got a fantastic haircut from My. Yes that’s her name. ??♀️ I have had so many expensive haircuts at fancy salons and I was desperate for a quick trim and I can honestly say it was the best haircut I’ve ever gotten. She knows how to cut my frizzy hair. I will definitely be going back to her. Thank you so much My!! ?

Came in for a wash and detangle and had a great experience! My hair was super dirty and tangled, but she was able to get the tangles out and washed it out for me :) all for $10! A steal if you ask me! Made my hair washing day a breeze!

I had my daughters hair cut here. I asked for a trim of a few inches with small layers instead of a straight across cut. This is what I got, I paid (which I now regret) and got out of there as soon as I could. I did not want them to try to fix it. This place is not experienced in long cuts, I recommend avoiding it if that is what you need.
