There's a new Indian lady here, who I believe is still learning. I went for a cut and she trimmed them too short and when I complained she said it's your skin thats like that. She's not open to feedback and if you complain she just ask you get haircut from someone else next time.

Came here for the first time! I was here 15 mins before my appointment but they let me sit on the chair within a few minutes of entering the store! The lady staff was very nice and friendly and very skillful! She did it within 10-15 mins! Love it! 😍 Will be back!

IF YOU DONT KNOW HOW TO CUT CURLY HAIR, DONT TOUCH IT. Asked for an undercut fade, NO BLEND, and a small trim up top. Next thing I know all my hair is on the floor, my little bit of remaining curls combed out, and dry heat being used to fluff it out??
Ultimately I’m left with this cut.. My confidence is shot, I’m embarrassed beyond belief, and the worst haircut of my life is an understatement.

I have always had a satisfying haircut at this location until today when Laxhmi gave me the worst haircut cut ever. Never seen her before at this location. She doesn't know how to do haircut at all. Had to go to other stylist to get the haircut corrected and even at sides. Other stylist was awesome and regret not asking her name. Can be so sure about Laxhmi is because she gave the bad haircut to my wife as well after me and showed arrogance instead of acknowledging the fault. The same other stylist again came to her rescue and corrected the haircut.
Just because of one bad hair-stylist, won't rate down this location as it will still be my Go to place, will just have to avoid Laxhmi.
