We have all of our kids' hair cut here, and they do a phenomenal job! Rachel started cutting my son's hair at two, and she is so great with the kiddos. She knows how to make them comfortable and make the hair cut fun for them. She is our favorite stylist!

We went to the Belterra Great Clips in Dripping Springs. The guy who cut my kid's hair, had reddish/brownish hair with a beard, I am not aware of his name but I am purposely providing a description so everyone knows NOT to go to him for. haircut and so the franchise owner knows about this. First of all he said your kid's hair is not ready for haircut, you can comb her hair here if you want, so we went back home, detangled hair and came back for a haircut. I had done a good job detangling, I agree he had to apply more cream, and comb them , but he kept cribbing about it. After he finished combing my kid's hair, he said, "could you come here", then he said, "this is how you have to have her hair the next time you come here. ". The nightmare does not end here, while he was cutting my kid's hair, he said to the other hairdresser that, "these people did not even comb hair before coming here", when we had infact gone home, combed, detangled and come back! He was very rude and horrible. I would NEVER go to him for a haircut again. Horrible, worst ever. If I could I would not give him any stars. We had a horrible evening, thanks to this complainer, whiner, horrible customer service.

This was the first time going to this location. Theresa cut my son’s hair and was awesome. however, the person whose chair is the first on the left was so rude and I will not be going back.

Don’t trust the wait time. Came in with 15min to go and was told 15min as well. 45min later still not in a chair. Little more than indifference from the staff. When you have a short window of time to get this done you want to trust what people tell you. Not the case here

Was greeted at the door by a very short tempered and sharp attitude, stylist. No hello or welcome, very sharply asked me if I had registered online I said I had not because the weight was zero. She said the wait was now 11 minutes, which was fine but she was extremely rude. I said no thank you turned around and walked out.
