I had a mixed experience at another Great Clips location, but decided to give this branch a try. I had a haircut with Sylvia and she was amazing. Gave me exactly what I wanted, probably the best I’ve had at Great Clips. The other stylist also seemed very nice. I’d be happy to come back here for my next haircut.

Please choose a different sailing to get ur haircut. I asked for a longer bob that was right above my shoulder with a few face framing layers. She cut off a huge chunk that went from my chin to past my ear in one swoop and just went “oops” and didn’t even out the cut. She kept talking about her dating Kid Rock and she was going to cheat on her husband. I wanted to get out of there asap. She wrote down her personal number and told me to call her so we could hang out. Which okay whatever but my hair looks atrocious and it’s not even and the layers she cut at the back (which I didn’t want) are so extremely short it looks like I put a bowl on my head and cut around it. She was too busy talking and just kept cutting and cutting. I also booked for a wash and cut and she said she didn’t have time for the wash.

Requested trim with angled bob longer in the front and shorter in the back. Received exactly the opposite - shorter in the front and longer in the back. Not happy with Deborah. She was clearly not feeling well that day... lots of muttering and complaining that, as a customer, made me feel uncomfortable.

I tried this great clips on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised by the service.
Not only was I treated respectfully, but the woman cutting my hair obviously had some skills.
She gave me a haircut that I normally pay $50-$60 for elsewhere, while maintaining a genuine and comical conversation.
I believe her name is Deborah, she was both mature and graceful.
Highly recommend, great customer service and hospitality.

Unacceptable experience with Deborah. She is a stylist at this location. As sweet and interesting as she might be, I am uncomfortable with her cutting my hair. I do not want to bash her as I feel she is a pure soul, but she was not fit to be customer facing when I was here for a few reasons.
First thing, my haircut notes printed out... and she proceeded to discard them and say she would "not be reading all of that". Well, that is the haircut I wanted... She claims she will "revolutionize" your hair - I did not come in for a revolution, I want the same old same old.
Next, during the haircut, she disregarded very reasonable requests... such as going a bit shorter in length, to which she proceeded to snap at me, something along the lines of, "Geez you are so demanding". While not angry and she said this with a bit of a chuckle, the underlying hostility made me very uncomfortable.
Throughout the experience, she rambled like a madwoman off of her medication. It truly was some of the most confusing stuff I've ever heard.... no small talk about the weather, she dove right into her traumas, her bills, seemingly "enemies", being off her medicine, etc. Her conversation left me with nothing to do but smile and nod, as I truly did not understand one thing that she was talking about, and I feared that she'd totally lose it.
Overall... I come to Great Clips to have an easy experience. My requested haircut prints out at the very start, and normally I don't even talk. This location will be on my "do not visit" list for fear of getting Deborah again.
