I personally feel not even deserves a single star
One of the worst hair cuts ever received. The peopple were so rude and were not skilled to be having a barber shop; now I have to wait 6 months to get my normal hair back. The person who cut my hair literally removed all my hair thickness and now I am left with hardly any hair. Great clips please do something which is necessary I did raise a complaint there was no action taken
Requested style: Butterfly cut was requested, received a random cut that now I cant go out
Stylist: One of the worst ever stylist who couldnt understand what I tried to convey and yelled at me for asking butterfly haircut - traumatic experience was him making me touch the hair when he literally cut all the strands without cleaning or blow drying .

I essentially gave up on this location, due to a Hispanic barber with a bad perm, who seem to make up his own rules. Went around 3:00 one afternoon, and he said he was closing because he hasn't had lunch yet, yet there was a couple other barbers in the location at that time. So I was rather annoyed and went to another location. However this location is still the closest so I thought I would give it another shot. Today when I went in at 6:10 pm there were 3-4 barbers in there, and the waiting area was empty. Then that same Hispanic barber that is condescending and rude told me they closed 10 min ago. I only drove there because I know they are open till 7pm. I looked on the door, and it says clearly "open till 7pm M-F". They're plenty of barbers in there and one immediately volunteered that they are short staffed, I feel it's a blatant lie. I just don't see how or why they would close early, unless they are lying to the management, and again are making there own rules!

Unreliable. Kept cutting after screwing up. Not coming back here again. Never even said sorry that they made a mistake. Instead kept making excuses that it looks fine, even though she said it looks bad in Spanish.

Easy check in and great stylist. I particularly love the fact that they know exactly what I've done in the past so i don't have to guess wrong. ? Seriously i never can remember.

Hey I've had a very good experience there each time I've went. Every one is pleasant and professional. I've had 3 haircuts there with 2 of the ladies. Both asked questions about what exactly I wanted because I like my hair real short, some stylist are afraid to go to short. No issues. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

I showed the guy the photo I wanted and he did the exact opposite of what I wanted I told him don’t cut anything off the top and he cut everything off the top he was really nice tho

Rock solid staff. Showed up up without an appointment. Construction, currently, definitely messed with turn by turn direction, but they took great care of me.

After settling for very mediocre taper fades at other places, I actually finally found my new permanent hair stylist. I have fair skin with very dark thick hair that can be challenging for people to properly fade in (especially with my meticulous and particular preferences). I gave this young lady Alondra a try and I was absolutely FLOORED. The fact that she just got her license to professionally cut hair this year was astonishing. I am 36 and have lived in many different cities and have only had my hair done this perfect by one other person in my entire lifetime. I gave clear and specific requests and she absolutely DELIVERED flawlessly on the FIRST TRY!!! She didn't have to go back and touch up anything, which again was a first for any stylist I've ever visited. Again, my cut was a high taper undercut with length on top. I was emotional because I finally got exactly what I wanted after years of settling. I'm sure she'll be finding quick success and won't be here long, but I will faithfully follow her on her journey. Thank you so much Alondra!!!

Just got the worst hair cut I have ever received. The lady did not have any clue how to cut my hair the way I wanted. This person should go back to school to learn how to cut hair.
