This store has a decent selection of regular products but is generally very small. You’re not going to get a ton of unique or seasonal pieces here…but once you interact with the staff, it becomes clear why.
The staff here are very inexperienced and young. They are clearly easily intimidated by clients who defy whatever they were trained to identify as “typical clients.” My husband and I stopped by so I could take a look at their fragrance options and upon walking in, it was clear that the SAs didn’t know what to do. A couple of them looked as if they were trying to say hello and help but then stopped themselves.
After I looked at fragrances, I looked around the store and was explaining some of the bags to my husband and the sales associates, again, looked scared to say hello or offer help. These folks just simply don’t know enough about their own products or customer service to be able to handle a knowledge customer.
Note to the store manager - hire some folks with experience, improve their training, or do something. It was honestly a little bit sad. This is why I don’t do my luxury shopping in Austin.

I bought a bag a little over a year ago and the piping is already completely worn on the corners with plastic showing through. Unfortunately there is no type of warranty on bags, so now it just looks like shoddy craftsmanship. Not worth the price.

I went in store to buy a gift for my wife. I was welcomed by a very friendly staff member. When i was ready to pay, another women came named Bailey to ring me out. She made me feel some type of way she made me create an account, i was basically obligated, i created the account i tell her i will be paying with Apple Pay. When i tell her that she proceed to text on her phone, i notice another person comes along to my understanding the manager asking me for an ID. I proceed and show him my ID later he asked me to show him my Apple Pay Wallet. I show him what he’s asking for to then proceed with my purchase. Bailey made me feel so uncomfortable for only a 1k purchase. The last thing i want to think of if that she’s treated me this way just because i am hispanic.

Stopped by to drop off my bag for repairs, attendant super rude the moment she heard me speak Spanish. Obviously I’m bilingual, and speak fluently therefore I was doing just that. Well it was extremely hot, and while she was taking in my bag I asked if they had water available for sale she said, “ I can only do one thing at a time, let me finish and then we will see “. By this time it was too late to cancel my transaction, if not I would’ve walked out. the water never came, temperatures were extremely hot inside and outside of the store. I was excited to purchase some sandals and a bag but after this just walked out and never again.

Brought Gucci bag for repair that we have owned for 30 years. Strap needed repair as will as stitching. They sent it away for a month or two but when I received the vintage bag it was exceeded expectations. Ricardo Acevedo did a great job walking us through the journey from beginning to end.

Wasn’t greeted. Wasn’t asked if I needed help and when I asked to view the men’s wallets they were very hostile. The wallets felt cheap anyways. Better to save your money and to LV or YSL or even coach ?.

Either they should hire better sales associates or they should be better trained like other high end stores like LV and Tiffany. I am a LV girl and first time yesterday my husband took me to this store to get me a Valentine’s Day gift and no one seemed interested in attending us or cared to come to us if things were working out for us not not. First time in last 6 years in US I felt and noticed that other white costumers were being attended better than us. Never liked Gucci products anyways but after this, not going to step into this Austin( the domain) store at least.
