I purchased Gucci sunglasses at the Sunglass Hut before the Austin Gucci store opened. Within a few months the Gucci emblem started popping off. Sunglass Hut said I had to call Gucci but Gucci said they can only replace both ear pieces at a cost of MORE than the glasses sell for. Ridiculous. Bad design and bad customer service from both stores.

Yachi was so sweet & helpful during my visit to the store. I tried on a few pairs of shoes and looked at multiple bags and she was so patient. I ended up with the perfect sandals, and she even text me to say thank you afterwards. Can't wait to visit again next year and shop from her again.

This is by far one of my favorite locations to visit. They always have unique items in addition to the Gucci basics. I love the vibe there. I shopped with Perla last year and now she texts me periodically when she has items that are my style. I needed a last minute gift for a friends birthday recently and she saved the day. She has a customer for life in me.

I bought my wife her first Gucci bag! I had no idea what to buy.Nothing less but amazing service! I had the right person to stir me the way, Perla. She not only asked what my wife’s style was but also cared to ask how my day was going. I felt great about my purchase I ended up buying a wallet. Go figure ?

Lord where do I start? I had 6 month old Gucci glasses that did not sit on my face correctly (the arms were crooked and they were in pristine condition) I went into Gucci to have them repaired. They told me they would get shipped off for repair, and they would just send me a new pair. While I was there - of course, something caught my eye- $1600 later I finally leave the store. Fast forward 8 days later I get a text from someone @ Gucci that it was going to cost $250 to fix my $400 pair of sunglasses. If that were the case I would of never sent them to be repaired!! On the 15th day I was so mad about their customer service I went to return my $1600 items and coke to find out return is 14 days so of course they did not refund me. I only wanted refund based on customer service alone. I will NEVER go back there - I will continue to vice my business to Louis Vuitton - should of never went here to begin with !!! Rude and unprofessional!! From the store clerk to the person who was servicing my glasses.

I have worked with Yaki several times with belts and sunglasses. I love the employees here and find them extremely attentive and helpful. if there’s something that you cannot find in the store, they are happy to order it and have it shipped to your home. Btw store is beautiful, clean and organized.

This store is trash. Having visited 5+ other boutiques and 2 outlets I've never has such a rude employee as here.A pair of glasses I purchased turned green on the metal and tarnished. While listening to my issues being spoken to the manager I watched Sharon rolling here eyes and shaking her head while I'm speaking.Once asked for her name and called out for being blatantly rude she then turned bright red and turned away.Then my wife watched her make faces to another employee.She then asked for my name in return as if someone there manages my attitude as well.Is Jerry Springer the training manager? Or Ronald Mcdonald?I was told to bring my glasses that were turning green in for a warranty. After inspecting the glasses they were accepted and sent out.Now after they've been returned. The staff argues to me that they have been modified and cannot be "repaired"The same gentlemen who explained that they shouldn't have been accepted was the one who accepted them. 100% knowing they had prescription lensesI am 33 years old. Saved up for my very first Gucci belt at 14 years old.Today will be the last time I bother with such a low level of service from a premium brand. Good luck Gucci. Brunomagli or bust

YES! Everyone here is extremely kind and helpful. Especially Bailey. I had a small issue with a belt and she exchanged it no problem. I’m guessing the negative reviewers waited too long to exchange their items? No telling. But I wanted to post something POSITIVE. Thank you, Gucci store! Y’all have a lifelong customer. I’ll probably see you next month. :)

Attended the Valentine’s Day event and really enjoyed the latte bar! Bailey was wonderful! She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She’s knowledgeable of the brand and answered all of my questions. Great working with her and seeing the newly added styles/designs.

Do not and I mean do not enter this store. It is filled with crooks that run the business in the worst way possible. If you want to buy this brand, get it from Nordstroms or Saks. Wife bought a hat for me which I tried for one min and it didn't fit. When she went to return it the store employees told her that there is wear and tear because of which they cannot take it back. After explaining for 20 mins they agreed to provide store credit. Baffled at how they run the business and cheat their customers. Btw, seems like this happens to a lot of people cause one our friends also got duped the same way at this store. Yelp family, please stay away !!!!!!!

My husband bought me a pair of very expensive sunglasses for my birthday but he didn't know if they'd work for me bc I had a nose surgery. So I tried them for a minute and then decided to exchange them for other pair that was lighter. I wore them for probably 5 minutes on my way to the store to confirm that they were hurting my nose before I exchanged them. The only reason I considered exchanging them were because of my nose and when we went in the store the same sales person that sold my husband the sunglasses and told him he could return or exchange if they didn't work grabbed the sunglasses, looked at them and goes "these have signs of wear and tear" and pointed at the make up marks from me trying them for a couple minutes before getting to the store... My husband told him that they were far from being worn and that was just from me trying them one more time before deciding to exchange them. The sales person called another sales person and they both were making a big deal of the "wear and tear" and they told my husband they could call a manager. I got so fed up, they acted like we were stealing something from them, I've bought multiple things from Gucci at other locations and I had never ever had this type of service and for the price you'd think they'd want to exchange merchandise to keep customers but no, I get a better customer service at Costco and probably marshals than I did at this store. My recommendation is go next door to Saint Lauren or Louis Vuitton, they have better appreciation for their customers.

Adrian helped me immediately... so thoughtful and knowledgeable. I was not sure about which pair of Gucci sneakers I was wanting and he gave me the pros of different sneakers I was trying on. Very happy with my purchase! Love Austin and the friendly smiles!
