Guitar Center offers a huge selection of amps, drums, keyboards, recording gear, and more from top brands. The store has a lot of equipment and can be a fun place to try out new guitars. Many customers find the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent, providing thoughtful and respectful support to help with individual needs. However, customer service can be inconsistent, with some experiences involving difficulties finding items in stock and delays during checkout. While the location is convenient for getting in and out, the service itself may need some work.
Best GC in Central Texas. Its not even close. All staff was helpful. Good on the phone. Accurate information. Treated me well. The only GC I'll use in the Texas Hill country.
