I visit Guzu Gallery every time I’m in Austin. Conveniently located next to the amazing Austin Book & Comics, Guzu hosts a constant stream of local, genre art. Fun and unique toys and prints round out the shop, so there is always something fun and new to pick up!

Ok first of all, the people who are saying the staff don't help, and just sit around are all wrong, there's like one person working in there at a time so if there's multiple people in the store there not gonna come help you. Second, if you want Kaiju, Anime, Horror, and just figures itself you should come here there are other options in Austin but none as diverse and big here. Now I get some of the problems saying it's a bit overpriced and I slightly agree but there's a whole section that's a bit cheaper than the rest. So in my opinion you should come here if you like Anime, Kaiju, Horror and many other genres.

Pretty small shop. Has a funky musty odor to it. Anime figures and statues. The staff could be more useful instead of simply sitting at the desk being completely non-interactive.

Great little place for anime figures, blind boxes, even hard to find collectables! Plus, everything is reasonably priced. I got a great Hatsune Miku figurine for $35 that other retailers slap a +$40 price tag on. Definitely recommend!

So this is grouped in with Outlaw Toys and Austin Books & Comics in the strip building off North Lamar blvd. Out of the 3 stores, this one is probably my favorite simply for the art exhibits and anime displays. Saw a lot of Demon Slayer works which made me pleased; especially Tanjiro figures that were on display. There's some Marvel/DC/Todd McFarlane comic props here but you're here for the anime stuff which is what this place is for. Definitely a cool shop to check out when you need something to do or want to add to your collectibles.

Wonderful visit today, store associate/cashier was really nice and helpful and I found a great art print to frame. Kids had a lot of fun too. Great mix of things for kids and interesting pop culture stuff for adults. Check it out!

Amazing, unique stuff you don't find anywhere else. This is a more eclectic and Japanese inspired store that carries items you don't see in traditional comic book stores. I always manage to find something. They also showcase local and fandom inspired art (both prints and originals). Worth the visit every time I'm in the city.

Great place with great deals for mystery boxes. All the prices are reasonable for everything and not super expensive because of import fees, most items are priced normally in my opinion which is hard to find around here, would highly recommend checking this store out for nice mystery boxes! Sometimes they have good statues for sale as well!

We bought absolutely stunning Kaiju prints for my son's bedroom. We were visiting from elsewhere and had to fly home, and they packed everything so carefully. They also have TONS of figurines, lots of awesome little gifts, games, and plenty of fun things to buy. I highly recommend them.

They have a lot of cool different knacks there. From magnets to figures. Their art gallery is really cool and the horror genre has a wide variety.

My family and I are anime fans, and we were excited we found this place. They have decent stock of amine here even though we all know the best for anime figurings is online. The couple of times we've visit the store, our experience here were meh and sometimes we were met with eye rolling employees. They aren't very people oriented, especially the Afroamerican male.

It was a blast looking at the various collectible the store offers. I had to stop myself from looking much further as I was wanting to buy more than I did. If you are looking for Godzilla merch, Inuyasha figures, or some Alien memorabilia this is definitely the place.
