Great pharmacy sits right on UT campus, the pharmacist are very kind and courteous, helpful and informative on my medications and there side effects.this is my pharmacy I like it cause it's one of the safest in the city and sits right on the bus line, and just barely out of downtown.waiting time varies but I'm usually tended too within a reasonable time, it's never crowded here and there are a few aisles with a variety of different items such as food and magazines to shop from.this pharmacy is always very clean and it is wheelchair accessible, I'm not sure of the prices cause I'm covered through my insurance but I imagine they are reasonable.i recommend this order to anyone

By far the best and most friendly pharmacy in town! They don’t mind helping you with any questions and are willing to take the time to ensure you have the best experience. I don’t recommend any other pharmacy to my friends and family

I get my prescriptions filled through this location and the staff is just completely friendly , knowledgeable , and really look out for your best interest (financially). I suffer from asthma. Bronchitis hit me really hard not too long ago. I called to verify my prescriptions and the time it would take to have them filled. Jade who helped could hear through the phone how miserable I was & made it her mission to get my prescriptions filled as fast as they possibly could & found a manufacturer coupon for a HUGE discount off my inhaler that was over $1,000!! That act alone while being completely miserable really solidified my loyalty to heb pharmacy, this location , and the staff that works there. Thanks yall!!!

Best pharmacy service I've experienced in a while! I've used other HEB locations where I've gotten not so nice service from people I could tell we're miserable at their jobs. Not here! So convenient I was in and out within minutes after getting blood drawn. The technicians are AMAZING! So sweet and kind and definitely will be using this location more often!

If you're thinking about getting your blood drawn here, do yourself a favor and go to a different location. Guadalupe, my pharmacy technician, was assigned to draw my blood. I walked into the office and there was already another lady on speaker phone going through step by step instructions with her on the process. She clearly did not know what she was doing. I asked her if this was her first time doing this but she said she's done this several times which was shocking to hear. After 10-15 minutes unsuccessfully drawing blood from my finger, she asked if I wanted to either reschedule or try my other hand. I tried the other hand and it was the same failure. She ended up cancelling and said someone would contact me to discuss further. I did make sure to drink plenty of water the day before and day of as instructed. This was a terrible experience and complete waste of my time. I expected much more from them on having a qualified and competent person assigned to this task.

The staff are always welcoming. For health reasons I’m required to have my blood drawn every 3 months and every 3 months I experience significant anxiety as I drive to have the needle placed in my vein. I used Betterway blood draw at this location and cannot emphasize enough how much more comfortable this blood draw process was for me. Hand warmer and small prick of the finger and I was on my way.

Great location to get your vaccines. You can typically pull right up front and park. And the staff is nice and the pharmacists are great. Quick and easy in-and-out without long waits.

Great little pharmacy, super convenient to downtown and the staff are friendly and helpful. Jade is my favorite pharmacy tech! She’s very patient and tries different coupon programs to see if any prescriptions can be cheaper. Also, the majority of non prescription items are the same price as-if you were at HEB so nice to not be gouged by markups.

the pharm tech told me they already applied coupons so I couldn’t use goodrx but it literally says it’s cheaper on goodrx so i feel like they scammijg. who doesnt take goodrx? scam
