I get automated calls saying my prescription is ready. Call them to confirm and the guy on the phone gives me an attitude because “I want to pickup same day”. Bad service

Brandi provided superb customer service when I stopped in the drive-through to pick up medication for a good friend who was ill. She is a very professional pharmacy tech!!!

They messaged me that they were out of a medicine that I need ASAP, so I called for help having the prescription moved to another store that has the medicine. They told me which stores to call, stating that these locations have the medicine, and then sent me off to do all of the work rather than just moving the prescription as requested.

Don’t bother with this pharmacy. Constant issues. I tried their delivery service and when the delivery never showed up they told me they don’t even have a number to contact the delivery company?! I used delivery because I had surgery today and I’m supposed to relax instead I’m on the phone for 20 minutes so far with customer service. Rude staff! They always claim to have never received prescriptions from the doctor as well. Switching pharmacies.

Tierra grossly overstepped her professional boundaries by 1) Yelling at me when I asked a question 2) trying to argue that I should continue to take the inappropriate dosage of medication when my Doctor sent in a different dosage! What a dangerous and reckless thing to say!
Please don’t let these jerks bully you and please advocate for yourself and your body! They don’t care!

Joseph from the 7th Street pharmacy was laughing at the fact that I didn't have a nebulizer machine for my child and smirking while he gave me Albuterol medication. Absolute pathetic behavior from a professional in the healthcare industry. Heb's policy to require a prescription for nebulizer machine is absurd. And Joseph should be reprimanded for his childish actions

The pharmacists at this HEB are very rude and unpleasant to work with. They have no patience and don’t seem to care about helping out customers. Both over the phone and at the drive thru, the employees have an attitude and take it out on the customers!

Always, always a wait. At least 15 minutes, often more than 20. Staff isn’t particularly friendly. Phone call reminders are endless and the default in the clunky app sets your refills to be days away. Not much good about this pharmacy apart from it’s a pharmacy in a grocery store.
