Always, always a wait. At least 15 minutes, often more than 20. Staff isn’t particularly friendly. Phone call reminders are endless and the default in the clunky app sets your refills to be days away. Not much good about this pharmacy apart from it’s a pharmacy in a grocery store.

Pharmacist named Leslie was condescending, rude, and treated me like I was doing something wrong by trying to receive prescribed medication. If you’re sick and just trying to get your doctor-prescribed medicine, this is the last thing you need. Additionally, she made comments that are factually incorrect pharmacological protocol that worried me. Maybe she was just having a bad day and her incorrect comments were meant to be in incendiary and poke at me, but there are numerous other pharmacies in the area that have never treated me so unprofessionally. I’d recommend using a different pharmacy.

Unfortunately today I had an unpleasant experience in the heb store but I still enjoy shopping here and normal don't have an problems. Somehow it must have been a homeless that came in the bathroom I can't imagine that an educated person would do this. They threw something very gross at me!! I was here for a concert at monks. Anyway I'd like to thank the customer service the lady was nice and they had towels avaliable. Also one of the staff was pro active. Which is very rare now!!! He asked the customer if he saw the guy. I appreciate the customs service at heb. Luckily most of got on my shirt and my phone wasn't damaged but my night was definitely wrecked by this unpleasant experience!! But I do love heb and they have very good high quality products so I keep shopping at them!!They could watch more for homeless as I'm fairly sure a customer didn't do that!!

the lady on the phone at this was the rudest person i've ever had to deal with. Moving my routine prescriptions to a different pharmacy. 0/10, fire her.

Rude and completely unhelpful. If you're looking for customer service and a pharmacy who will work with you to find a solution if insurance becomes an issue then stay far away from this place.

Some of the rudest pharmacists I've ever talked to. Just called in about a prescription for details, and he told me it's on backorder and my problem to figure out. When asking him for details on how to talk to my doctor about this, he repeated the same thing.Try showing some empathy for your customers and realizing that people come to you for important and sensitive medications.

For some reason I stopped getting notifications by text when my prescription was filled. Otherwise they’ve been fine but don’t always have prescriptions in stock.

The pharmacist never automatically enter coupons that they have saved on file. Incompetent employees, truly a terrible experience

Scheduled a seasonal flu shot few days ago. Went to the pharmacy and they told me I need to wear a mask in order to get vaccinated. I didn’t have one and neither did them. Didn’t even know masks are still a thing in 2022. So I just left without getting vaccinated. It's pretty hilarious that now I’ll stay unvaccinated because of a masking issue.Even the hospital I went to this week didn’t require masks anymore, unless exposed to Covid. Oh well.
