Gina has a big attitude problem, and I think she is a racist person because she keeps telling her Mexican/Hispanic customers I don't know Spanish in a rude manner. She was being very rude to me when I went to pick up my two medications for my anxiety and depression. That lady has a big, big attitude problem, and someone needs to say something about it because I'm tired of her getting away with it. I hope she reads this and feels embarrassed of how she treats people, especially the Mexican/Hispanic community.

The pharmacy line is extremely too long, to have one person helping people when it’s multiple people behind the counter is crazy! I understand everyone does not work the register but that was crazy! I walked in initially and went to the line it was long. Went and picked some things up and came back and the line was still long!! We have to do better

I had called around a few pharmacies try to inquire about the availability of my medication, but was repeatedly being told to call a different pharmacy, which had it. Then when I would call, they would tell me they don’t have enough to fill the script even though the other pharmacy said they did.
Reluctantly, I finally called riverside and was pleasantly surprised. Heather at this pharmacy was extremely helpful. When I told her that the other location was telling me they didn’t have enough, and she could see in her system that they did, she took the liberty to call them and have my medication filled. Great customer service! 💯💯

This pharmacy always moves extremely slow. You get quoted certain time limits for prescription usually 30 minutes to and hour but it usually take 2 to 4 hours instead my child's doctor sent a prescription at 9 something in the morning here we are 2 pm and still not ready. 5 hrs later not done Ridiculous.

HEB requires a prescription to purchase a nebulizer machine. Why on earth would anyone add an additional barrier to healthcare access in this country. Switching pharmacies on this point alone.

I've been going to this pharmacy for 2 years to get the exact same 3 medications that I take daily, and they literally cannot get it right EVER. Most recently, I'm supposed to be picking up 90-day supplies for all three of these medications. This pharmacy gave me a 90-day supply for one of them, and a 30-day supply for the other two. But they charged me the 90-day price for the 30-day supply. I just called them to give them an opportunity to make that right with me, and they talked to me like I'm stupid. Mainly, they told me that I'm paying the price I'm supposed to be paying, $105 for $35 worth of pills. Naturally I disagree.

Right. I had a prescription sent there. First lady hung up on me when I was trying to find the actual name for the medicine to get a better discount because $60 is a lot, but cuz I'm sick and a bit discombobulated I couldn't really formulate what I was tryina say. I called back in tears cuz I'm frustrated, and the next lady cut me off so I cussed at her and hung up. My bad on that part. Never my intention to be hateful or rude, but I do not have the time to have some jerk be like that. I wasn't disrespectful initially. At all. I would understand if I was, but god damn.
