I always have a great experience here. My husband and I couldn't be happier that we switch from CVS (years ago) to HEB. Today Samantha helped us find an OTC generic version of a prescription we had to be filled. Same drugs cheaper price all because she's well educated and conscientious. Thank you Samantha!

Needed to have a prescription transferred from Walgreens. Tux answered the call and was very helpful in making it happen quickly! Great service!

Consistent, organized and Thanks to Grant, of course ...he keeps it all in order. Be nice! It is a very small footprint for such a busy location, so being flexible on pick up.times is helpful.

I am very unhappy with this pharmacy. Service is not what I would expect from HEB. When I picked up my prescription, the clerk said I needed a consultation because it was a new medicine for me. He told me to call because they were not doing in person consults. Apparently the clerks are expendable since he was the same distance from me as the pharmacist would have been for the consult. So anyway, I called and was on hold for 10 minutes. So I hung up, called back and was on hold for another 5 minutes. Then I gave up and called the store manager who took my name and number and said he would check on what was going on. I asked if he would ask the pharmacy to call me when it was convenient instead of me being on hold for who knows how long. This is day after and I have not heard from the manager or pharmacy.

This is a such a great H‑E‑B! Items are typically in stock and frequent new items-just of course like any grocery store, try to avoid Sunday afternoons. Good selection of vegan items and everything is easy to find. It's clean and service is friendly!

I’ve used HEB pharmacies for 10 years and they are always nice but I have to mention Lesa at this pharmacy. She’s on a new level of customer care. She’s is so helpful and always able to fix problems (that I cause of course).

Stockers and curbside employees completely clogged up the produce section on Sunday afternoon. And they were pushy and rude when they were in the way of shoppers. Can management pick another time for restocking? And the people filling curbside orders - I know they are on a schedule, but can y'all ask them not to treat customers like they are in their way?Once I got away from that mess, it was fine, as usual, but for the size and regular clientele, it's a mediocre HEB.
