I came in on a Saturday to fill a prescription, and even though my insurance is valid, the pharmacy couldn’t get it to go through. They claimed my policy showed an incorrect date of birth or didn’t list me as the primary, both of which are untrue. There was no line and no sign that they were busy, yet instead of taking a few minutes to resolve it, they refused to call the provider help line that my insurance later confirmed is open on weekends. I was simply told my only option was to pay out of pocket.
When I followed up with my insurance, they confirmed the issue could have been quickly fixed if the pharmacy had just called the number on file. Really disappointing experience, while the staff wasn't rude they didn't put forth any effort to help or explore any options to actually take care of me as a patient.
I usually love doing any business with HEB but this was an extremely sub-par experience.

I was a bit disappointed that I could not leave my daughter's unused antibiotics at the pharmacy to be disposed of, but the man at the pharmacy counter was very helpful and gave me a packet of powder to neutralize them and dispose of them at home. Such great service!

This pharmacy has always taken care of me. If you are nice and understanding to them, they are always willing to help. I can’t imagine having to deal with people that are sick and impatient all day everyday. I appreciate everyone that works at this pharmacy! Thank you always!!

This is BY FAR the best HEB Pharmacy I've dealt with. I consistently receive fast and friendly service. I had a major surgery earlier this year and the pharmacist took time to explain each medication. The line is never long and the folks here are polite. It would be outstanding if someone from this location could go train the folks at the pharmacy at the HEB Plus! in Leander. That location really really needs help.

Rude, unhelpful and incompetent staff. 1 person will tell you your prescription is ready and another will tell you it’s out of stock. Take the time to find a different pharmacy in your area. This one is NOT worth the inevitable frustration

Their curbside customer service is excellent. If I order groceries from a different big box store, I am treated like a number, but with this HEB, I am treated like a person. I accidentally placed an order for tomorrow instead of today. And a kind employee was willing to shop it for me today because it came up on her screen (typically they can only access the present days orders, but she could see mine). She bent over backwards to help me out. And I really did need my groceries today. Thank you H‑E‑B curbside team!!

Great produce selection. Employees are usually kind and helpful. Store feels generally safe and clean. A recent incident in the parking lot does make me cautious about shopping after dark.One night after I had parked my car and was about to get out, a person appeared at my drivers side car window and seemed very urgent to talk to me. They had two other people with them. They very much startled me, appearing right next to my car. I asked them what they wanted. They repeatedly mumbled something and I got the gist that they were begging for money. I saw them approach at least 3 other people in the parking lot asking them for money.
