I was asked to pre-pay prior to pick up and was provided a code/barcode. Upon arrival, I noticed there were two lines—one for prepaid orders and one for regular pick up. I entered the prepaid line, but as soon as it was my turn, the staff member responsible for that lane walked away. This left me waiting while other customers were helped ahead of me.
Eventually, another employee assisted me and explained that the prepaid line is intended to provide faster service. However, my experience was the opposite—I used the prepaid line as instructed and was skipped because the designated staff member left. This was frustrating and defeats the purpose of prepaying for faster service.

Never purchase a money order here. Not only is the lady extremely rude, they made me run through hoops to cash a money order they provided. Gave me attitude from the beginning to the end. I just smiled the entire time . Thanks HEB

Waited 20 minutes in front of line while the employee was re-organizing the drawers behind the cash register. She definitely made eye contact with me multiple times as well as the entire staff there. Then she acted like she never saw me and said “oh I’m sorry“ after literally waiting there for 20 minutes. Tried picking up same prescription a few days before today and they couldn’t fill it for me that day because they were going to close in 45 minutes. Probably a great place for an employee who just wants to have a lot of fun, but not a great customer experience in the least.

Pharmacy malpractice.Terible service . they will not fill scripts from a doctor unless you call and then must wait half a day on everything but this last one is unforgiveable Pharmasist a female refused to fill a pain percription for a planned surgery on 4- 24 -24 until that same day. HOW STUPID ARE YOU!THERE IS NO WAY A PATIENT ON AN OPERATING TABLE CAN GET UP AND DRIVE TO FILL A SCRIPT WHILE IN THE HOOSPITAL GETTING A COMPLETE SHOULDER REPLACEMENT. A FORMAL COMPLAINT FOR MALPRACITE HAS BEEN FILED.STORE MANGAER WAS CONTACTED AND REFUSED TO GIVE PUBLIC INFO ON HERE LICENCE NUMBER. A MALPRACTICE ATTORNEY HAS BEEN RETAINED TO SUE BOTH HER AND HEB .HEB FIRE THIS IDIOT AS IT IS IMPOSSIBE TO FILL A SCRIPT WHILE IN SURGERY, YOU CANT FILL IT AFTER AS YOU CANT DRIVE. SHE EXPLICILITY ON A RECORDERD CONVERSATION REFUSED TO FILL THIS THEN LIED BLAMING IT MY DOCTOR WHO THEN PLAYED ME THE RECORDEX CALL. THIS ILOGICAL STUPID AND NEGLIGENT PERSON HAS NO RIGHT SERVING THE PUBLIC HEB PHARMACY SHAME ON YOU. THERE WILL BE SERIOUS DICIPLIARY ACTION FROM THE STATE PHARMACY BOARD

I feel like if youre going to become a pharmacist, you probably should at least make effort to hide your abelist attitude when im using my MONEY, and INSURANCE to PAY for MEDICATION to help me be a productive member of society.Your inability to regulate your smugness when giving bad news indicates dysfunction, Grandma. And i know they just invented mental illness like 3 years ago, but maybe you could hop on the self awareness train and do a little self reflection.

Very slow. Multiple instances of prescriptions not being ready even a week after they’ve been placed. Then have to wait in line twice when you get there and they aren’t ready.

The "partner" named Marcus racial profiles customers in self check out and accuses them.The other customer that matched his ethnicity, caucasian, he didn't look at twice.

Great place to shop. Has all that we need at some good prices. Store and restrooms are kept clean.Service is pretty good. Sushi is made in store available for purchase.

This is my HEB I ha e been going here for around 4 years.. They have recently renovated the store which makes it looks more modern and fleet. Normally the store is well stoked with my favorites but as of late that hasn't been the case... The service or customer service is always on point........ Thenreason for the 1 star is because I bought a 10 pack Mini Dr Pepper, not noticing anything strange about the product when I put it into my basket .. When I got home and started to unload my groceries I felt something very sticky on my hand, well after getting into the house I noticed that the DR pepper had some foreign substance on the bottom, that went all across the bottom, as you can see in the picture.. I'm upset because it got unto my brand new white shirt and my car ba k seat...

Super rude staff! Everyone that answers the phone or I talk to up there isn’t helpful and mean. If we are trying to get meds it’s obviously important! Switching pharmacies they are terrible!!!!
