Dealt with an extremely rude technician today who literally yelled at me through the intercom for pressing the call button. I understand we all have bad days and get stressed at work but that was ridiculously uncalled for. The attitude is gross tbh you’re an adult so please act like one!

Without exception, every time I
call or visit the HEB pharmacy the experience is 5 star plus. The staff is always kind, helpful, patient and go out of their way to apply every discount available.
I marvel how they can maintain such composure in a high pressure environment. When I’m sick they make me feel better before I even take a pill. Thank you HEB! You’re one of the reasons keeping me in Texas.

I’ve never used a HEB pharmacy before. Today was first time so I used drive through. There’s four buttons you can press two to call them. No one was in the window. It appeared it could be broken bc no sound or video was appearing when I hit call. So I tried the other buttons and a young short chubby Hispanic lady came and literally just yelled at me. To not even help them two other ppl came. Luckily the one younger man that Works there helped me. As I was about to drive off the Hispanic chubby chick tried to mean mug me. Like ma’am heaven forbid you have to do your job. And heaven forbid your system wasn’t working properly and you didn’t label it as such. I just don’t get the rudeness for no reason. Won’t be returning! I value politeness and decent customer service which Ms. Chubbs lack as well as decorum.

Nice and helpful people, nice clean store. Good prices. Fresh fruits and vegetables. Put Walmart to shame. Checkout is quick. I love HEB. ??

Really friendly staff they greet you when you come up to the waiting line inform you if it’s going to be a second. They do have the same problem. Other pharmacies are having as far as sometimes some things are out of stock the thing they do what no other pharmacy has ever done for me. They will actually call other locations if they’re at a stock to help you find it. It’s a pharmacy. 3 stars from me is awesome.

I was released from the hospital with about 10 mintues to spare before the pharmacy closed and the pharmacist (I believe her name was Lauren) was an absolute saint! My prescription was sent to the wrong location and she made sure I got my medicine same day ! I really really really appreciate the way they took care of me ! Thank you!

First time visit to this location and I wasn't feeling very well after leaving the emergency room. There were some issues with my prescription, but the staff in the pharmacy were super helpful. I was quite impressed with them because good customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days. But, they went above and beyond to assist me and to provide me with options. Whatever they're doing at this location, it's working. The staff seems happy and it shows.

The staff are so helpful and went above and beyond to help fund my daughters insurance, as well as communicate to her Dr which prescription was covered by insurance so they could prepare that one for us. Blown away, excellent staff.

I have nothing to say but good things about the pharmacy here. I always am able to pick up my medicine quickly and they do a great job. When I had a recent surgery, the doctor sent over a list of things I needed, and they had it ready to go.

I’m really grateful for how the associates of this pharmacy have been. Even though the pharmacy industry as a whole, from vaccine insanity to Rx shortages, have caused so much chaos with long lines and frustrated customers, this pharmacy has always done such an amazing job.The staff has always been very mindful and patient, and I’ve had to call more times than I’d like to admit due to my doctor’s office and insurance, but Courtney and the other associates have always been so professional and kind.
