I went in to get my prescription filled Thurs friday and sat and Sunday to get a few different ones they told.me they couldn't fill one till today Sunday because it hadn't been 30 days then today they tell me there out it is Sunday before memorial day if they told me Friday or Saturday I could of got doctor to send somewhere else instead I have to go 2 days which won't help my mental health . Then they told me they couldn't even look up if they were out on Friday. Federal law requires them to keep track of all there prescription s. I was tring to stay local but maybe it is time to use Walmart

Wife was sick and I needed to pick up a prescription (I had the kids with me). I called beforehand to set up pickup time. Showed up 15 minutes after what they said and still had to wait around for 30 minutes.
Is it possible to set up a pickup time? Like, I’m no genius but couldn’t that be in an app or something? Some way to respect people’s time?

They promote their prescription delivering services. It's like pulling teeth to get prescriptions delivered. So , don't count on your prescriptions being delivered from HEB pharmacy. They have numerous excuses why they can't deliver your RX.

I have stage 4 cancer so I have low immunity and am suffering from allergies severely. The pharmacist found over the counter medication that I could afford that has worked very well.

This is the most incompetent pharmacy I’ve encountered to date. 4/5 times we order seizure meds for our dog they find a way to make it difficult or never follow through on what they say. On top of that they have an excuse each time. When they say, ok, we’ll take care of it, most of the time they never do. One time they were supposed to contact the pharmacy to renew meds per their automated system and never did. One time the y were out of the meds we needed and said they’d order more. Never did. One time they said the prescription was ready. It wasn’t when I arrived. Excuses every time. I only go there because it’s inside an Heb and I can get some groceries while I wait for them to find an excuse to make pickup of meds difficult.

I wanted to recognize one of the managers for the incredible service she provided. We were having issues with a gift card we had purchased but we were also leaving back home out of state that same day. Elizabeth stepped right in and let us know that she would handle it and that she would send the necessary paperwork to corporate and get back in touch with us. She followed through with exactly what she said and reached out two different times to let us know it had been completed. Elizabeth was super kind and responsive. Great customer service!

This pharmacy staff is always great, but a special shout out to Krista today for helping me to get meds that were short on supply from another pharmacy when they were unable to fill. She’s always incredibly helpful, empathetic, patient and friendly. Thanks heb pharmacy team for making a stressful thing a little less!

I like this H E B. I can have my morning coffee, head over, pick up the groceries I need and they never seem to be too empty or over crowded... Its like the middle bed in the story of Goldie locks and the 3 beats... Not too hard ... Not too soft.... This HEB... Its just right. Have a great day Austin TX. I go to pick up prescription. I present a "Good RX" coupon for $29. The clerk, in a very disrespectful way, sneers and says "you got to show us that before we ring it up. You got to wait now." I wait, they don't do anything. Ten minutes later he tell me that the coupon is not accepted and I have to pay $46. I ask why, no answer, do I want the medicine or not. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I typically use the H-E-B location at 8801 S. Congress. The pharmacy is staffed much better despite the increased volume. The pharmacist who helped me with my vaccine today was so sweet despite how absolutely slammed they were. Get her some help!

This is a very consistent and reliable pharmacy. No matter how busy they are, customer service is always top tier. HEB is a great store to shop at already so being able to get prescriptions filled while I shop is a plus! Honestly no store does more than my HEB... (Cheesy but true) ?

I have made a formal complaint to the corporate office, and making a review here was the only way I got a response. I had to reorder meds as a default for one my mine, and will be counting pills to ensure I was t stolen from from another pharmacist.
