Have had consistent issues with the pharmacy service. Cruel comments were made by staff while my spouse was dying and under hospice care. I had surgery less than a week ago and was shorted 5 doses of my prescribed pain medications. They have put off refilling the prescription until I run out. This is very poor customer service and inappropriate employee commentary. I wish someone in a decision making position would review appropriate employee interaction with customer's and take circumstances into consideration in withholding medications properly prescribed. I was just told that HEB policy will only allow a pain medication to be filled ONCE. My surgeon wrote the RX due to surgery and is not a maintenance drug. HEB pharmacy has really reached a new low in customer service.
UPDATE: I called the number given and was advised that they work with people having issues with the online app. He said that I needed to speak with customer relations, but I am not going to spend time calling various numbers and departments. I stand by my original review.

friendly, professional, get our prescriptions on time, wait line is only really crazy during peak hours. the only thing i don’t really like is not the pharmacy’s responsibility: the drive thru entrance is right in the middle of curbside service, so the pedestrian traffic is also heavy. seems dangerous.

Poor customer service! I arrived right at closing time and was in line behind another customer only to be told that they were closed and wouldn’t serve me even though they had three employees there and could have easily served me. I had three medicines to pick up and wouldn’t be able to get to it for another two days. This is unacceptable customer serve for a place that is supposed to help sick people get better. I won’t forget this anytime soon and pharmacies are a dime a dozen. I’m sure I can find another one who would be happy to serve me in a similar environment . Very hurt and disappointed!!

This pharmacy is really getting frustrating. I have had several issues with my dog's and my prescriptions and there has been a lot of confusion and running out of medication. I'm sure it's not entirely the staffs' fault but I recently had an associate barely speak to me at all during our entire transaction, not even a hello or a thank you. Very disappointing HEB!

Seafood area is excellent. Even the frozen ones had Asian touch and love love love it! I got the skewers/kebabs and both rosemary olives and garlic sauce were yummy and not dry! They put them in foil tray and simple gesture but so nice! Clean and organized! Next to my work out area and very convenient location.

As everyone else has mentioned this pharmacy is way too understaffed and inefficient. HEB needs to just shut it down. Doing more harm than good to try to keep it running.

I would really like to go into an H-E-B that has a soup bar where it’s fully stocked and it’s clean. I came into this H-E-B around 5/5:30 PM and this is what I discovered. I only go to H-E-B at to locations in all of this one and the one at four points and so far HEB is 0-2 in my disappointment level of their soup bar because their soup is really good. In addition to a store full of people on a cold and windy day again I discover empty soup canisters what’s the point of having a soup bar if it’s gonna be constantly empty you can’t sell a product if you don’t have product to sell.

Pharmacy is the worst, why can't I place a pharmacy delivery on the app. And why can't I have a delivery the next day. So stupid. You have to call the same day within a short window for same day delivery, it makes no sense why this is so inconvenient

They will use staples that will make you bleed! They use staples right where you open your pharmacy bag opening that will rip your finger right open. A total liability risk that their business insurance company should know about. Can you not use sharp metal where we open our pharmacy bag???!!!!

Constantly understaffed and inefficient. There are a few staff members that are kind and productive, but the rest just seem incompetent. Expect to wait 30+ min on even a slow day.

I had 3 prescriptions called in & it took over a week for them to be filled… however, after 3 trips to the pharmacy waiting over 30 mins in line each time, I’ve only received 2/3 of my prescriptions. I even called before arriving to confirm they were ready & they said they were. I get different answers from every tech I ask the same question to. So much miscommunication & disorganization going on at this pharmacy. Why does it take over a week to get something as simple as Phenergan to be filled? I just don’t understand.
