They will use staples that will make you bleed! They use staples right where you open your pharmacy bag opening that will rip your finger right open. A total liability risk that their business insurance company should know about. Can you not use sharp metal where we open our pharmacy bag???!!!!

I had 3 prescriptions called in & it took over a week for them to be filled… however, after 3 trips to the pharmacy waiting over 30 mins in line each time, I’ve only received 2/3 of my prescriptions. I even called before arriving to confirm they were ready & they said they were. I get different answers from every tech I ask the same question to. So much miscommunication & disorganization going on at this pharmacy. Why does it take over a week to get something as simple as Phenergan to be filled? I just don’t understand.

This is the worst pharmacy! Do your self a favor and find another place. No one is trained. They get it wrong every time, out, delayed with long waits. Go to Capsule period.

Avoid. They said they would transfer a Rx to their Kyle pharmacy; I went to Kyle and it wasn’t there. They said they would send a prior authorization form to a doctor; they didn’t. They are unreliable. It often takes 20-30 minutes to get through the drive-thru lane. Do not recommend for any reason.ETA: Cole P. is quite rude.

Great pharmacy.Problem is many drugs can be less if you use apps like Single Care instead of price on your insurance.I use Med Part D but almost never is it the best price.So time wasted when I pick up for both of us.Now I prepay and price decided on phone.Easier and faster.

These people are the friendliest pharmacy staff. It's not their fault for wait times due to patients not understanding THEIR insurance and prescription benefits and the manufacturers of the drug companies are "short of stock" which is also not the pharmacies fault. Please be kind to them as they are cheaper and nicer than any other pharmacy I've used. These people are angels and deserve respect. Thank you for all your help and friendly staff and services!!

This pharmacy has no customer service at all. Waited in the drive thru for 15 mins before anybody even greeted me. Then to be told I have customers inside it be a few more minutes. Don't they more than one worker knows what they are doing?.. I'm totally switching pharmacy. Just straight up ridiculous.

I had been using this pharmacy for nearly 20 years. In the past 6 months they have gone down hill here. I have had to wait in line 30+ minutes, been told to come back the next day for an RX and dealt with rude/flippant pharmacy techs. I am sad to switch as one of their techs knows me so well I simply walk up and she pulls out my medicine without even asking my name. The two younger men are the problem and should be fired

I’ve been at the ER since 4:30 am with my daughter. Turns out she has kidney stones. Went to my H‑E‑B pharmacy to get her prescription filled just to have this really great work named Cole be rude to me for absolutely no reason. I’m sleep deprived and emotionally drained, so thanks Cole. I won’t ever use this pharmacy again.

This pharmacy appears to be extremely understaffed. When attempting to pick up a prescription, I was told it was not ready yet and that if I had any shopping to do, it would be ready in 15 minutes. I spent just over 45 minutes grocery shopping and when I returned to the pharmacy with temperature sensitive food, I was told it was still not ready and that they didn’t know when it would be ready. H-E-B, please staff more people in the pharmacy or at least look into ways to improve this seemingly common customer pain point.

Went back for the same prescriptions 4 times. 1) was not ready. That's fine. Came back at the time we were told. 2) came back at the time we were told and pharmacy was closed 3) went through the drive through and waited 27 minutes. Kids got anxious and tired, had to leave due to the lines hardly moving. 4) waited 20 minutes in drive through. FINALLY it was our turn. We are about to get our prescriptions when the attendant tells us we owe for the prescriptions. Husband and I are extremely confused because our insurance covers them 100%. I asked them to check again and they say," yeah your insurance said you can apply for discount. You have to call them." Call my insurance and they tell me H E B never tried to charge them. I was instructions to go back, again, so they could properly charge my insurance. Again, we are fully covered so we should not owe anything. I call the pharmacy and relay the information I was given. The attendant tells me," oh we must have an old insurance on file." Then names a random insurance I have never even heard of or had. Without even giving them more details on the correct insurance I magically owe nothing for the prescriptions. Hopefully, the fifth attempt to get our medication works. I understand things happen. Times are tough and places are understaffed. However, when it comes to peoples medication, I would hope H E B would go above and beyond. This is my first time ever having this kind of experience with the company. I really hope they get it together for not only the company's sake but for the community's sake. Going a week without medication that is suppose to be taken daily is extremely dangerous. I would hope the gravity of situations like ours are taken into consideration as they continue to accept more prescription than they can NOT obviously handle.

SO SLOW. took another customer frim different line in drive thru. Been waiting for over 25 minutes. Nobody in front of me. Haven't been helped yet. So annoyed.

This pharmacy is so slow I think if you drop off a prescription today you may get it by 2024 if you’re lucky. Last time I attempted to drop off I was ignored with a “window closed” sign by a young lady in a wifebeeter tank top. I will not be conducting business here any longer.
