Staff needs training. Medication is a necessity and your staff is not efficient. I don't understand why they are so careless. I had a tech hang up on me when I told her that when she tells people medication was sent back, they think it was actually sent back to doctors office. Must've gotten her feelings hurt.
Please please train your staff

In line for 20 minutes. She was so excited to tell me they no longer take my insurance “but we can hold it for you.” Oh is that a service you offer now? Not throwing my prescription in the trash— you’ll do that for me? Wow!!!

Pharmacy has HORRIBLE customers service. On more then one occasion they've failed to notify us that they are out of stock of our prescriptions. They seem completely uninterested in doing their job or helping when you have questions. Save yourself the time and stress go somewhere else!

I never have issues getting scripts filled here. They let you know when it’s ready and I’ve never waited longer than 15 minutes

The customer service is unprofessional and completely incapable of speaking to other people. It takes five days for them to refill a prescription and then they want you to wait 24 hours to have it filled because they need the “time” to fill it. Too many other places to have your prescriptions filled that won’t talk down to customers then worth continuing to go here. I love HEB, but this pharmacy has at least one employee that needs help and I’m not being her punching bag and neither should you.

Chris at the counter was amazing to work with me personally to get me the medication I could afford. I am not sure who was the pharmacist was behind the counter but they were also amazing and quickly altered my prescription quantity. I can't thank these individuals enough for helping me despite how busy the pharmacy was at the moment.

I've been using heb pharmacy for years. The staff always have been great and kind. I wanted to personally thank one of your pharmacist Payal!! Payal went above and beyond to help find a prescription for my daughter. Nearly every pharmacy was out of stock for this med. Payal did not have to go the extra mile but she did knowing how important this was. Thankyou HEB pharmacy for having such great caring pharmacists and staff. And again thankyou Payal people like you are greatly appreciated.
