There was an INCREDIBLY rude employee working the self check out who refused to assist me with a coupon.
Now a second cashier was incredibly unkind and slow. I’m done with this heb. they refused to do anything with the coupons they post.

Why are the Bakery Floor Tortilla here so small. Went to several other locations, GattisSchoolRd in Hutto, Riverside, Congress and others. Normal sized tortillas and at the same price. Do ya'll just don't care?

I attempted to return a handful of items—with a receipt—for a purchase made less than 24 hours ago using my credit card. However, I was turned away by the night manager, who claimed she couldn’t process the return because the items weren’t purchased at her store. She explained that her store would have to “eat the loss” and insisted I drive to the Riverside location to make the return, citing a nonexistent policy.
I’m currently staying in an Airbnb in Manor that was supposed to have a full kitchen but doesn’t. After driving all the way from Manor to return food I can’t cook, I was told to go to another store—on a rainy Saturday night, no less. As a born-and-raised Texan whose first job was at H-E-B back in 2001, this treatment feels especially insulting.
While I’ve always been partial to H-E-B, at the end of the day, it’s still a massive corporation pulling in over $40 billion a year. Meanwhile, I’m just a lifelong customer trying to afford food. It’s disheartening to see how capitalism and consumer culture have shaped these young employees, who seem completely unaware of whose side they’re truly on. Lessons about this should be taught in schools.

I remembered this location having a hot deli, now they had a stand with hot chicken only. Bring back potato wedges, Mmac n cheese, hot dogs, ribs, anything! Not just chicken, we don't do chicken, my husband is allergic. The store was redone since mast time, nice. Just a suggestion in the hot deli item selection. Everyone in the meat department was nice when I got sliced turkey.
