This is not an H-E-B grocery store. This is an H-E-B training center. Update your Google location name. It’s super frustrating to waste my time driving here to find there’s no grocery store anywhere close by.

I can't stand cheep products sold at high prices. I bought some bone broth and it is like water. There is little flavor!

Not a grocery store. This is their training center and they should have checked the label of this on GMaps. People who are unfamiliar and walking around in the summer while dealing with a health issue where they need to sweat as little as possible could be in real trouble, much like myself today.

Still in line for eight minutes four managers at the front of the store talking show each other pictures on their phones a lady finally walked up and said hey do you think one of you guys could open and they’re like oh yeah we’ll get to it 19 minutes it took me from my gotten your line to check out in the last three times I’ve been to your store at six in the morning it was not open so to be a brand new store that sad

Bee Cave Tx store does not enforce mask regulations. This is disturbing to those with a high risk of Covid death. Having already lost family members due to the Pandemic and staying at home for most of this last year, the occasional grocery shopping is my only social event. Yet managers are cavalier about even the appearance of protecting their customers at risk. Shame on you for just pretending to care for your employees and customers.

I applied for the temporary positions, received a written job offer, then have heard nothing else. My background has nothing on it that would exclude me from working, per the ad they circulated. I followed up 3 times over the last 2 weeks and have received nothing. I am pretty turned off by this experience. Their ad was begging for workers and I have been ready and willing since day 1, explaining ill work whenever wherever for however long I can. Im pretty surprised, this is not the HEB I know. If I were an employer, I would be banging down the door of someone who has been begging for work and was willing to do anything. Very turned off, would not recommend them.

Why in 2019 are you still closed on Easter? Follow in the footsteps of Whole Foods and other progressive companies.

Really nice building. Love the layout. The bathroom always has lotion in it, which is very nice since as a person who deals with food, I always have dry hands from frequent washing. My only issue is that google maps makes the turn into the lot confusing and since they dont have a giant sign, I always have to do a loop around to find it, which means I'm close to late for my meeting or class, heart is pumping over time from traffic and stress over being late, so I walk in looking like a hot mess.

Their hospitality is on point! Customer service as well! Wouldn't change my HEB for any other!
