We are concerned about an employee at the Brodie location here in Austin. Francisca, in bulk food, was incredibly rude to us, and we watched her being extremely offensive in her delivery to other customers, as well as a brand-new mother just trying to get through her shopping experience before her baby started to get fussy. We spoke to a manager. It was a horrible feeling as customers who spend our hard-earned money at HEB. We are so disappointed in the customer experience. It seemed like she just wanted to argue and fight. We love HEB but will be considering shopping at Randalls in the future. We are peaceful people; it takes a lot to upset us, but being disrespectful is not acceptable and wildly unnecessary. I hope that HEB will handle the situation. Maybe she would be better suited for a job where she is not around customers.

Shelves are too high and employees don't know the store. Produce was pretty empty today. There was no shredded carrots and the ginger was really dried out looking. Luckily there's a box underneath so I got a nice piece from there. Sometimes the produce is spot on and other times it's just not there. There was also very little bagged apples. There were plenty of organic, but no gala, three bags of Pink Lady, and a few Fuji. Most of the pink ladies were bruised.

An employee by the name of Jesse, older Mexican man demonstrated horrible customer hospitality to me. Thank you for reminding me there are people like you out there, didn't expect it in this neighborhood however. 👎 Do better.

Smelled like old, raw fish.

I'm an HEB boy through and through but I hate having to dodge reliant or spectrum or other companies who set up shop inside trying to make A contract sale.

Older style grocery store smaller aisles but they had what I needed so no real complaints just could use an update compared to other HEB's in the area.

Price of items is very high compared to other stores. Always overly crowded.

Decent selection and prices. Excellent service at the deli. Not a fan of the self checkout as the scales are way too sensitive and require multiple visits from staff which wastes everyone’s time.

Very crowded on a Friday night. The selections are pretty much the same at most in their chain. The parking is a mess. And some of the customers are snotty. But, it's still HEB and still give good deals.

Full of idiots that don't know how to shop per usual. Ya don't park your cart in the middle of the isle while you try to remember if you need more açai berries there, Manbun

There is no reason for a lady to be screaming “tamales” today. She was literally shouting and it was super obnoxious. I understand there needs to be a certain amount sold but there is no reason to literally yell about it. Maybe have someone a little less loud or don’t yell about tamales every two seconds. Extremely annoying.

This store is too crowded and hectic. It should have been a Super HEB from the beginning. Produce often runs out of stock, clogged aisles, items often out of stock.
Check out line waits are minimal. Curbside pickup is on-time and courteous. In-store crew is often frazzled by the crowds.

i really like this location (its actually not my closest HEB but i strongly prefer this one so i go further than needed for it) but at the self-check-outs it always seems like the handheld scanning gun is broken? wouldnt be a big deal, but the normal scanner doesnt work when you use digital coupons (no idea why but i have tried sooo many times), meaning like 70% of the time i go there i end up not being able to use my digital coupons at all. i go to all the trouble of actually downloading the heb app and clipping coupons on it, all for nothing! i just wish the handheld scanners werent constantly out of order.

They suggested that they mark the queue line in the pharmacy area. I just passed by there and had an unpleasant moment because of this situation. The person who helped me made me feel like an undisciplined person for not being in a supposed line for which there is no signage, being the next to arrive after the person who was already there serving.

I swear, everytime I do curbside either the food is super old, they way up charge, or it’s just plain inedible.
