The cashier displayed a disrespectful attitude today around 2 pm. I was unsure whether I had paid with the correct card and asked to cancel the transaction. She responded with comments like, “It’s not my day,” along with other unprofessional remarks. When she called the manager, she claimed she couldn’t understand me due to my accent but didn’t ask me to repeat myself. Her behavior was rude and left a negative impression of H-E-B.

Make your carts so they can go all the way through your parking lot without stopping. Also, every H-E-B everywhere else now gives bags and you’re still using the excuse of Austin banned them to not. Lame.

I just moved to the Austin,Texas area it was my first time visiting this H.E.B location and overall the store was okay it had everything that I was looking for however . I was slighty disappointed because I wasn't giving no grocery bags so I had to leave out the store with unbagged grocery Items and At the time I didn't have money on me to purchase any of their bags but other then that the store wasn't bad just wish I have to pay for grocery bags

H-E-B makes too much money not to be giving you free bags to bag up your groceries. What if I wanted to drop $200 to $300 worth of groceries?! that means I would have to buy at least fifteen total $1 reusable bags just to bag my own groceries is DIABLO AF. I don't even want to shop at any H-E-B location anymore because of that dumb rule. The reusable bags are not even insulated to keep your groceries in cold temperature and they're too cheaply made. I rather shop at Walmart, Whole Foods or even at Targets so I won't be dealing with too much hassle.

Today, I went to look for plant based protein bars, and let me tell you, I found that and more. A young lady named Cindy came over and helped me. She was very friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable, especially when it comes to health, fitness, and products. I hope there will be more Cindys at every HEB!

All vegetables were rotten. I wasn’t able to get any produce. It seemed like the workers just flipped the produce so it wouldn’t be that noticeable.

my favorite H-E-B. Just better customer service and better selection. I have a hard time finding neckbones for my great Dane. He gets one as a treat every night. The far West location never seems to have them in stock, so I come over here. If they’re low, but you’re always cut some for me while I’m shopping. It might be a couple extra miles, but it’s worth it to come to this location.
