Very friendly staff, never seems to crowded. Great selection of in house groceries to choose from.
Update 6-22-25: Like most things over time, this HEB has gone down hill and I mean fast. Customer service is almost non-existent. I had the unfortunate luck of needing assistance in the self check out and when asked, all I received was snotty rude comments and attitude. The selection of groceries are starting to cater to one specific demographic. I'm drinking further to a different store.

This heb is always clean, and they try to keep the lines short and moving. In some areas, it’s a little odd/weird to navigate and their produce is not very fresh. I’ve bought strawberries that I didn’t notice were moldy until I got home.
The staff is very friendly and helpful as well.

I picked up my curbside order and when I was putting it up, I noticed a foul smell from one of the bags. Turns out the jar of mole sauce they gave me was rotting and full of maggots!
It ruined everything in the bag. I have no idea how this wasn’t caught.
Hesitant to shop at heb or use curbside ever again.
Absolutely disgusted and horrified.

Beautiful store. Lots of celery. Lots of Broccoli. Many cans of soup. Breads beyond your imagination. Varieties of frozen pizza hitherto undreamt of, beyond human comprehension. Many fascinating people in the self checkout. They do not know how to use their cards in the machine. A comedy of errors. Two different sizes of shopping cart. Astonishing. Well played, HEB.
