Good people, good produce, good prices. Local HEB that everyone loves!

They screwed me over twice on refills for my pet. Basically your pet doesn't matter since it's not a human so prescriptions and refills are low priority. They lie saying they are having 'system' issues and will not fill my pets medicine for 4 or 5 days. I no longer use this store pharmacy at all.

The deli has consistently gone downhill. It’s now the longest part of our weekly HEB trip. And to add to this, we wait over 10 minutes to be helped and then the woman who cut my turkey gave me 3/4 of a pound of the very last bit of the meat. Every slice is about 1 inch tall and 5 inches wide. Not very desirable for making sandwiches for lunch. The deli, paired with the service at the pharmacy has really made this an undesirable heb for me.

I love my HEB. Associate Colin N helped me today and went way above and beyond his role. He walked with me to show me some items, helped with pulling items(I'm old) and was EXTREMELY knowledgeable. I've been in management for 15+ years and can spot a worthy candidate immediately. Colin deserves to be assessed for management opportunities. It's hard to find GREAT employees like him. Thank you Colin, and the whole staff at my HEB!

Good luck getting anyone on the phone past business center hours. Just wanted to see if the water machine was working again. Shocker it's not. Could y'all reliably keep your machine working?

This heb has a broken ATM and it was a known issues but there were no out of order signs. I've just been ripped off $120 and when i said this happened I was told it already happened that same day. How is it acceptable that machines that are not working are allowed to continue taking peoples money?? They also won't do a thing about it so be prepared have your money stolen here

HEB is an excellent grocery for produce, meats, bakery goods and staples. When I travel, I really notice the difference. They are also active community partners.

I've never heard an HEB employee dropping F bombs and talking about drug use until I was checking out at this location. I usually avoid this one due to limited items in stock and honestly an unfriendly staff every time I go.

So heb lets any dog in. No vest at all saying its a therapy or medical necessary...just a pet...now im a huge dog lover however i see this as a ok for me and everyone else to bring our pets shopping since employees were standing 2feet away and didnt seem to mind either...so i see it as heb is per friendly

It's a Great feeling walking back into a H.E.B.After being away from TEXAS for way to long you know without a reansonable doubt the whole country hasn't gone completely loopy when you walk through those sliding doors.Yes, we have our Publix grocery but Publix only goes so far while H.E.B. goes way beyond without feeling like a WallyWorld.

A great grocery store. Very friendly and helpful staff. A great selection of products. The meal simple selections are diverse if you just need something for a quick meal. The fresh Tortillas are delicious

This is a very nice and clean HEB. I enjoyed shopping there. Clerks were helpful and pointed me in the right direction for items I was looking for. It truly is a Plus.

Just bought today and found a dead bug in the wrapped mixed vegetables. Just pathetic!! The quality at HEB is going downhill. I Will never purchase the same @HEB. I would rather pay more for better quality at Whole Foods or Sprout. So great for “washed, trimmed and ready to eat.” I doubt any washing is happening. Beware!!

We go to get milk and leave with $250 of groceries anyway, every time! The produce is nice, the staff is nice, they have a little bit of everything most people might need. It's rarely too busy to walk down any aisle without having to dodge a line of people. Decent parking as well. Its hard not to just love our local HEB. There are two other HEB's the same distance from our front door that we really don't care for. it just isn't the same experience. Go figure.

Please stop serving fried chicken for breakfast. If the breakfast person cannot do their job, just don't put anything out there. Nobody eats fried chicken for breakfast. It sits there for hours and is nasty by lunchtime. The Asian lady in the morning NEVER says thank you. BTW.for years
