This HEB is small and bc of its size the layout is not what you typical see at larger locations. A little frustrating to navigate but store associate very friendly and helpful.

I don't like that they never have people to pack your groceries. You have to pack them yourself.

It's a smaller HEB so options are a bit slim. Staff is usually nice but there are the few that could have better and more polite approaches. THE 3 STAR RATING is bc they are not so good in restocking when a product is out or running low. The other HEBs I have visited are always restocking. when I usually go to this when I'm in a hurry bc it's convenient and closer to home. So when I decide to make a quick stop, it's usually to pick up a quick item or two. Frustrating when I go for an item and it's not available. They have it but it's not stocked. So when I ask a passing employee they act like they can't stock it. Too busy roaming around I'm assuming.

First off, I must admit that I am a huge fan of HEB in general and feel that grocery stores across the nation could learn from HEB. This HEB in particular, is a joy to visit and the whole team, especially Alex. Are friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging.
This makes my shopping experience a pleasant one and ensures that my feelings about the company as a whole are correct.
Thank you for personify what a company and grocery store should be like!

Poor and small beer selectíon especially with Miller-Lite. Most HEB locations in my area carry the Miller-Lite 12pk tall boys but this location does not. Soda isle might as well be called the Coca-Cola isle. This location never has Pepsi cherry zero not even a spot for it. On a side note
I am surprised HEB has not came out with their own brand zero sugar sodas.
Inconsistent about carrying name brand products.I like HEB brand products but there are some items they don't make or don't make as well as the name brand products.
The ice situation at this location is horrible at best. Always low or out of ice. When they have ice it's half melted. No way it's a 7lb bag of ice. I have complained about this before but nothing was done about it.
Bakery does not offer much. I usually buy foot long hoagie rolls from another place because they never have any. A French loaf is not the same as a hoagie roll.
I wish HEB would re-do the way they make their potato salad. The potato salad they sale now has a chemical / funky after taste. I assume it's a preservative(s) that is added to it. Randall's has the best ready to go potato salad, and wish HEB could make one similar to it.
I still shop here for convenience but only if I need something quickly. I call this HEB the "convenient store HEB" because that's what it seems like what it is.

New self checkout guy acts like he's got a quota of shoplifters to find, makes people super uncomfortable. Followed me out the door yelling to see my receipt when I bought 2 items. Heard him insinuating everyone with a backpack was stealing. Between him and allowing people peddling wifi to harass everyone in the store it's no longer a pleasant shopping experience

I want to thank the manager and the seafood counter guy for making my night complete!!!
I had called and asked what time the seafood counter closed and was told 8 pm. I showed up at 7.50 pm and the ice was being removed.
I went and talked to the manager. She was very sweet and very understanding. She called someone who just had clocked out to help me. He was AWESOME.
I told her how I lived in San Francisco and was stuck with Safeway. When I moved back, I walked into "My HEB".
One thing that my family and I love is HEB. The best in service and products.
Thank you to the manager and seafood guy. Love you both!????

There's more than a couple things I really needed to buy but the store doesn't have any because they don't have enough space for enough variety of items. Also, I got food out of the freezer which was worryingly not cold. The icicles inside were melting. I hope the food is safe.
