I would not use the curbside at this HEB- Four Points- 2222/620. They forget items regularly and even charge twice for items. Most of the time, you can tell that they've picked out the oldest food possible, almost rotten, to give to you.

Customer service here sucks. You can even complain to a manager and while you are complaining about how you were treated or how your groceries were handled they have a smile on their face. They truly do not care about their customers anymore. Their meats produce has gone downhill and is like Walmart produce and meat. Yuck

Best H.E.B in my opinion.. Is a must come when it comes down to groceries.. Wish they would make it a PLUS like the riverside location. Love the online pick up option..

So I'm guessing the reason the staff at the self-checkout keep possession of the plastic reusable bags (yep, Austin ordinance) is because some dishonest people were using the bags for their groceries and not ringing them up.
Waited until the employee was finished with handling the other self-check folks needing something (6 or so registers monitored) to pay for bags so I could checkout, bag the items, and go.
Cmon, "Live Music Capital" patrons....you can do better than that.. quit being the bag thief or bring your own bags if you simply cannot control yourself so the rest of us can continue our day efficiently. ?

Your employees are having too much fun talking instead of helping customers at self check. I had to carry my groceries by hand because nobody would assist me. I literally waved my arms and asked if anyone worked here but they were so engrossed in talking that they didn’t notice the customer. Unacceptable behavior and you pay them for this.

Last time I will ever walk into an HEB!! Get to the counter told I have to buy a bag or carry my stuff out in my arms!!! Plastic bags are for meat only, no paper bag option. Corp has bought hook, line and sinker into liberal gobblygook @ plastic bags. Sayonara HEB, there are plenty of other options out there. So much for putting the customer first!!! When Trump is elected I hope he puts HEB in his targets and crushes this company!!!!

I wish that more grocery stores had a sensible, and considerate layout, just as H-E-B does. The way that the "sections" of the store transition make sense, moreso than that of most other major retailers.
Then when I go shopping there I will get one thing and not have to socialize with the employees; due to the self checkout not needing their approval for the transaction.
I love my H-E-B.

The lady that manages the shift right before closing at the 4 points HEB is super lazy. She closes the checkout lines before the store actually closes. I have had to check out a full cart of groceries in self checkout that is only set up for a few items. This type of scenario has lost me hundreds of dollars in groceries from staff trying to help and misplacing things because the workers are trying to make a self checkout function in a way that doesn't work for the customer. This manager is screwing over the customers and her own workers with bad guidance and poor work ethic. I have shopped at HEB my entire life and even worked at this unit as a teenager. HEB has lost me as a customer due to poor quality customer service and the loss of money from years of misplacing my groceries. This manager shouldn't get paid to do nothing but yell incoherent babble over the intercom and kick everyone out before the store is even closed.
