Love the Four Points HEB but not the relocation of freezers right now. Not sure what's going on but it's a mess.

HEB is a reasonably priced and reasonably well stocked "Super market".

As a person of color, I hate shopping here. They watch me like a hawk every time I step foot in this place. Take a pic it’ll last longer

My son had a field trip today so we stopped at HEB to get him a throwaway lunch. I went through self-checkout and before I walked out my son reminded me he needed a bag that he could throw away. I asked Alex and Victoria if I could have a single throwaway bag since I already checked out.(I know they're usually for meat) of course they say no like they're scared they're going to get in trouble. I go to the manager Marty and ask if this one time I could get one and he also denied me. I think it's ridiculous because I just grabbed a produce bag in front of him to put his lunch in and that was fine? I order through curbside all the time and you get free bags, if you get wine you get a free wine sleeve, produce bags are free. I just don't understand the lack of humanity towards a child. I have purchased many reusable bags and I just didn't have one at the time but H-E-B should know if you have food stamps that does not pay for bags and it's very degrading. I thought everything was better at HEB ?♀️

Continuesly out of stock on various items. Too many items have been pushed out as they push the HEB brand. 3 separate visits, all three finding them out of rotisserie chicken before 5 o'clock. Badly managed location.

My favorite ever grocery store. We visit Austin, Texas twice a year from Massachusetts for our granddaughter's birthdays. I have gotten so good at visiting HEB that I know exactly where to go to pick up what I am looking for. They have incredible wine prices and they make best ever guacamole and avocado spread I have ever eaten. Very friendly and helpful staff.

A cross between a east coast "Harris teeter/publix" and a upscale target. Amazing prices, great selection, clean, well organized and amazing staff. A staple in Texas, to bad we can't get them on the east coast.

Been shopping at this location for almost 18 years and the selection as of late is horrible. Shelves regularly empty, entire categories of product missing, produce and fruit limited at best. It’s so frustrating because it seems to be limited to this location as the HEBs in Lakeway, Mueller, and further up 620 don’t seem to have the same problem. I hate having to stop at Randall’s of all places to find the items “my HEB” doesn’t have in stock.

Curbside pickup has been abysmal lately. Multiple orders in a row I’ve had something missing (today, missing all fruit on my order) and produce tends to rot within a day of pickup. I had to open a case through the app to get all the missing items refunded - again. Who knows how long that’ll take with the holiday.

Almost every time I get curbside pickup, the vegetables are brown or old. It's gross. They literally don't care or look when they pick your produce and you're paying extra. Then if you shop in-store, you have no choice but to pay for bags.... what a rip off.

I used to enjoy the roticerie chicken. All flavors were exquisite. but from about a month ago everithing has going down hill with it.I have purchased raw bloody chicken few times. other times so tasteless, that I had to just throw the whole thing in the garbage .I usually go for the chicken and came out with a full shopping car of other stuff.I think I will go back to walmart for cheicken "
