The outside of my car is clean, but the inside is a mess. We ordered the Executive Wash, mentioned that the inside was most important to us, and they said, “Then you need to add on these services.” $80 later and you can barely tell they did anything.

Decent hard worker employees but NEED to put extra attention to details. Windshield still with splattered dead bugs, areas inside and out NOT completely with shine and floor mats not washed. For $70 plus I expected reasonable service. It seems to me the guy with the X-Wing Tesla got better service (I was paying attention).

Got the $50 wash with tires and wax included. Not a bad job but overpriced. Long wait, and while waiting there was a rat inside the shop/waiting area pretty disgusting. Also one of the workers took this bag of quarters and singles/five I had inside the glove compartment. Prob like $20 max not a big deal but def not coming back here.

I just want to say I love taking all my fleet vehicles to this location they always take me and all of my Salvation Army vehicles and Scott always my sure I’m taking care of. I would recommend.

I’ve tried to give this place a chance. They do a decent job, but have zero attention to detail, which is what I’m paying for- a car detail. I always have to tell the guys how to do their job. I detailed collector cars as a teenager and would have done a better job than most of them. I’m very disappointed in their work. I would even tip them, but I wish them the best in finding good workers… None of the managers checked in or showed them how to do their job. Instead of fixing anything they just sat there and took their lunch. Today they were cleaning leather with windex. I should have asked for my money back. I’m always finding spots today it was my consoled the dash wasn’t touched. Everyone knows you need to clean the leather before it’s polished. Always just trying to upsell me on polishing. Don’t waste your money here!

Total crap. No one cares. Paid almost $70 and entire sections of the car are not washed. I just finished vacuuming the cargo area myself; they never even opened the rear hatch. Tried to call them, but no one answers even though 8 losers are standing around doing nothing. You are better going to the drive thru down Mancheca, which is only $12.

the big guy running the place double charged my card and also overcharged me. I didnt complain about the 3 dollars extra that he added but then I ran my card and I told him it looked like it went though but guy said it didnt go through and said i needed to run it again, so I did.... got home and looked at my statement and saw that I was charged twice. he definitely knew it went though the first time.

The place is terrible and should be shut down. Homeless all over the place and it smells like dog crap there. Terrible service as well. At night the place is like a war zone.

We showed up at 9:30a on a Saturday. All the workers are there ready to work but the manager or key holder is nowhere in sight. Waited 30 minutes.

Terrible service. $50 for a mediocre car wash. There was dust all over my dash and trash on my floors after they vacuumed. They didn’t text when car was ready and front desk was unstaffed. Won’t be going back.

Service was good but when my car was ready, an older employee with gray hair was rushing me out of the lot despite no cars being ready to be vacuumed at the end. I hadn’t even been in my car for a minute and was adjusting my car seat and rubber mats, since they left the driver side covering the gas pedal. Super dangerous and ignorant of them. Think about this next time you’re shoo-ing away someone.
