Both of my children have gone to Happy Kids since they were little. We love the staff at happy kids. They make my kids feel like family. We are very grateful for all of them and I will be very sad when my son starts big boy school as we will miss seeing the staff at happy kids everyday!

Mrs. Carolyn the owner/director is very nice and professional. However, the staff with the exception of 2 people are not. Everytime I have dropped off and picked up my child, I'm met with unhappy, non smiling faces. I have addressed several staff concerns with Mrs. Carolyn and her sister, and I believe they addressed them. But, the rude attitude from staff continues. In fact, I think it's gotten worse since I've complained. Now I really get the "stank eye". I saw one of the employee's at the store, and she did her best to ignore me and pretend she didn't see me. A further indication my complaints were addressed, because she was one of the staff I specifically complained about. As far as the quality of care. I can say my child seems happy and taken care of and I don't have any issues with care. I just wonder if staff won't acknowledge or make eye contact with the parent, do they do the same with my child. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be bringing my child back. I'm just uncomfortable with some of the staff working there.
