Just went in and bought a Pittsburgh torque wrench. The guy at the counter asked if I had a phone number for a Harbor Freight profile. I don't, He let me know that I cannot get a 90 warranty or return them item for any reason....even if I had a receipt. Just a heads up about their return policy. This is not stated on the Harbor Freight website. I'm assuming selling customer information is a lucrative side hustle, and customer satisfaction is secondary. Buyer beware.

Wasn't impressed with it here. The kids working the register didn't seem to know much about tools and were very rude. I guess they don't sell nails here because I needed some. So I just got a hammer. I don't think I'll come back to this location again. I'll drive my way to cedar park where at least the employees are a little more friendly.

Just left harbor freight. I had a coupon to buy some wheels for a mower but because I had a coupon he would not sell them to me. I had returned the ones I purchased before where the clerk missed my coupon. Some shady business going on here

Terrible experience! Tried to exchange a power tool that stopped working after 1 use WITHIN their 90 day in store policy. THIS LOCATION DOES NOT HONOR THAT. Supervisor Brandon was standing there as his cashiers were stating this inaccurate information…. (How are you going to go against the company policy?) Ended up driving to the Cedar Park location to exchange no questions asked. Contacted Harbor Freight Customer care to report location, they thought this was strange as well. Would avoid this place if possible

Went to buy a tool cart and was told not to move or touch it while I was looking at it with my daughter. No need to treat your customers like a kid. Do some growing up yourself buddy.

I had a similar experience with someone that said they don’t allow open box return hi that happened to me. Also, the other thing that happened I got a Harbor freight website that said click here and pay $5.95 to see if you could win a battery charger and starter. I don’t know if it’s connected to Harbor freight but then I got scammed by committing to an online service that cost $49.99 twice twice and I was billed luckily I cut it off on my credit card and called them. It was hell trying to get them to refund my money. Beware of these scams used to be good but like Chinese products their customer service and some of their material aren’t as good and now scamming on email, requesting to join or winning something from Harbor freight not good!!!
