Lauri is a true professional. Had an excellent conversation and found both the cap I was looking for and 3 more on top of that. Make sure to email for the appointment time, but otherwise if you have any hat needs, of any kind, would highly recommend. I will be back for any hat need I have in future.

I have had an old Stetson from the 90s that I have never been able to find someone that has been to fix it until Lauri. It was worth every penny. Making her officially my hat gal.
