I received a shipment from your company but the item received was not what I had ordered. I am waiting to return it. I received a document to enclose with the return but I have not received a prepaid return shipping label. I don't see why I should pay return shipping on an item that was sent in error. Please forward this label as soon as possible.

My order was filled promptly and accurately, but the large-sized scrubs were ENORMOUS and I had to return them. I guess I misunderstood the sizing.

Absolute disaster, misleading and deceptive. I should have seen the signs - no phone number, and the addresses have nothing to do with shipping which comes from Palmetto, Georgia. 1) I gave them 10 days for a 2-3 day delivery - it was too late leaving to arrive on time. 2) No way to communicate except for email. 3) Did not issue an RGA number after multiple requests 4) Poor email response, I had to threaten to refuse the shipment, and they finally did return the shipment in process but still did not communicate with me. Never did discuss the refund. 5) Transaction path through Paypal, very deceptive, so they have no direct liability. 6) I finally had to dispute through VISA, it is still in process.

My order arrived as promised hiwevet I never received shipping details or tracking number so had no idea it had shipped. So I freaked out a bit due to the fact my sister was coming home from the hospital 5 days from the date I ordered it. The companies communication leaves a lot to be desired!I reached out to them and it took way over a few days to hear back by then the item I ordered had arrived.

Received wrong item. Notified HCP, but problem has not been resolved. I need the item I ordered! Would have given zero stars, but system required at least one be chosen.
