Andre is a superb technician. He kept in close contact to enable us to know his time of arrival. He explained exactly what he was doing. He was thorough, neat and his attention to details was very impressive.

So this is one of many companies owned by private equity. The issue I experienced is that the parent company and the local office may was well be completely different entities.
If you call the 800 number for support or questions, do not expect the local office to know or support advice.
I contacted the 800 number to return a machine and followed the instructions provided. Got to the office and told the opposite.
Manage expectations as far as consistent service and information .

They are great. They make sure that your mass or nose piece fits properly. They take care of you quick and fast and they also check up on you to make sure that everything is OK with your mass Or nose is working OK for you.

I had a terrible customer service experience with Veronica who lied to me a few times and wound up forcing me to go to their Hutto location. She's a very spiteful person and doesn't know the importance of listening and providing accurate, consistent information. In hindsight I dodged a bullet, she was childish but she did me a favor. Thanks Veronica. I'm in much better hands now.

We ordered a part for a CPAP machine earlier today by phone and when we arrived, it was handed over to check and make sure it worked, and paid for it and then we were out of there within 15 minutes max - great service all around!

I have just recently started doing business with Adapt Health. And I have to say they are by far one of the very best oxygen companies that I have ever worked with.The staff is super friendly and genuinely care about their customers. I just had oxygen bottles delivered. And Dre the delivery driver took the time to call me to double check my order to make sure that it was correct. When he arrive he also took a moment to make sure that my equipment was working correctly.
I don't know about everyone else but that's what aI call service. Adapt Health should give this man a raise or a bonus. Dre thank you again for everything and the delivery.
