I can tell you that heat is probably the best Bootcamp out there for a couple reasons. Our coaches have creative control over their class structure. So it lets their personalities shine. We focus heavily on community based approaches. This means that if you want to make friends here, you will have your opportunity to do so. The best part is the workout. No other gym perfectly blends structured strength training with conditioning. You will get strong here, you will make friends, and you will get to know your coach well.

Years ago I attended a bootcamp class in San Antonio and was in the best shape of my life. Over the years I have lived around the country and tried every studio, class, bootcamp in search of a similar workout. A week ago I moved to the area and decided to try HEAT. Im already feeling and seeing huge changes in my body in that time. Love this place!

I've been attending Heat Boot Camp classes regularly for the past 5 months now and am really impressed! I've taken most of my classes with Taylor and Billy and really enjoy their teaching styles. They always have new workout plans built around working every muscle in the muscle group for that day, and they have a really positive attitude that helps me get the most out of each workout. I would say the classes are formatted towards more advanced students but they show easy modifications you can make if you are a beginner. Over time I've really enjoyed seeing the improvements I've made! One piece of advice I would give is to have one or two classes a week that helps go over some of the lifting techniques for beginners. The trainers always try their best to correct form but it can be tough when the class is large and you are rotating to the next station quickly since its a HIIT style workout.

I loved the no nonsense workout routine at HEAT. It's a no frills focused bootcamp style workout. Both instructors I've experienced were superb at helping modify and focus on getting a good workout in rather than doing moves without efficacy. My Saturday session was quite full but Thursday was only 6 of us. The group varied in experience and intensity so you never felt left behind and always had someone to observe and feel inspired by.

I’d give 10 stars if I could. Heat is a guaranteed great workout every time you walk through the doors. The trainers, front desk staff & managers are all the sweetest individuals. Each do an amazing job at creating a warm and welcoming community for all. HIGHLY recommend Sheena’s 7:15am class, always an amazing workout with lots of humor. And seeing Metz at the front desk is the best way to start your morning.

I've been going to heat for 3 years and the community is as great as the workout. Everything is approachable and you can tailor your workout to your fitness level. The coaches are fun and keep it entertaining.

Hands down the best gym in the world!!!! I’ve been a member at Heat for nearly four years and I can’t say enough good things about the coaches and staff! I love that workouts are modifiable and can be adjusted for anyone - these workouts are designed to meet you where you’re at in your fitness journey. If you’re thinking about going to Heat or want to start working out but not sure where to go - sign up for a class!! It’ll be the best decision you ever make!!!

HEAT Bootcamp has been so rewarding since my move to Austin! You get access to an amazing community, excellent instructors, and challenging workouts (without them feeling intimidating). Everyone is seriously so friendly and the instructors have such enthusiasm in coaching and for each person that walks into the room that you enjoy putting in the time and going to bootcamps.Added bonus is that they offer personal training (despite being a smaller facility) for one-on-one needs and it takes the stress out of finding a legit trainer. Highly recommend all around!

Best workout spot in town. The coaches are all fantastic, the community is great, the workouts are solid and will get you where you want to be both mentally and physically. The membership cost is also really good. Do yourself a favor and sign up at Heat!

I've been a member at Heat for ~3 years. The community is great, the coaches are dedicated, and the classes are fun! Not to mention, they're serving up killer workouts that produce results.Highly recommend if you're looking for a HIIT workout or for a personal trainer.

HEAT is the best! Their coaches make each class fun. I have tried a lot of different gyms and Heat is by far my favorite. Each class is so different that it keeps me coming back. 10/10 recommend!!!!

I've always been involved in weight-lifting / running at the gym, however, that would only last a handful of months before I got bored of routine. Insert HEAT Boot Camp; Coaches are top-notch, providing new weekly work-outs to alleviate any potential of routine/burn-out, provide in-work out modifications/tweaks in case you're doing the exercise incorrectly or forget the move, good music/playlists, and will push you to the max if you'd like. Some of the best work-outs thus far = EMOM, Trick/Treat, Sandbag, and several others that I cannot remember. Overall Review: 5 months into membership and I really enjoy going to class, seeing noticeable differences, and ready for the next "new" work-out.

Heat Bootcamp is such a gem in the sea of Austin Fitness. I have been going here for going 4 years. Not only is Heat fun and challenging place to workout but it also fosters a space of community and friendship. The coach and staff are all wonderful humans and I plan on going there for years to come. A 100% must try!

Heat Bootcamp has one of the best programs I’ve ever been a part of. A fantastic combination of strength training, interval training, and cardio. All the coaches are amazing, which makes it easy to attend classes based on your schedule and not just based on the coach. Very fair pricing for a fitness studio, especially in the Austin area. I don’t see myself leaving this place anytime soon!

I love this place! I hadn’t been in a gym setting for years due to the pandemic and started coming here via classpass. It’s such a fun and challenging mix of cardio, plyo, strength, barbell, and so on. The coaches all have their own unique energy and vibe. It’s a great, dynamic format and I already feel stronger. They’re about to convert me to a full-timer!
