Alyssa was an awesome associate! We came in two years ago and sadly weren’t prepared to purchase then…. Came back today because we were and guess what, Alyssa was still there and still had that same great service! Dropped everything to help and even remembered us and our story. Terrible! I will never go back ever again. I have a $16K ring on my finger that has consistently lost diamonds. I have had my ring for not even 2 years and has been brought in 4 times to get diamonds replaced because they have fallen out...finally they had to replace the entire ring! I had to bite my tongue when the manager asked me if I swam with it?? You are kidding...right??
They held on to my ring for 2 months to replace the entire ring. Not even 5 days later after getting it back, ANOTHER diamond is now missing. I am done and going to a reputable jeweler in the Lakeway area.
I will say that the only reason my ring was bought here is because my boyfriend, at the time, was walking through the mall with my daughter for Christmas shopping and he told her I'd like to propose to your mom so she saw the first jewelry store to go in. Otherwise, he would have gone to a jeweler, not a chain store.
And agree with the other review...Kevin is a jerk!

Had the worst experience with “Kevin” on 3/28/25. Would have given negative stars if I could. Kevin is the rudest sales person I’ve ever encountered. Me and my fiancé walked in and were seriously looking to buy a ring with natural diamond - and I’d like to mention my fiancé is the one that insists on buying natural instead of lab grown! Kevin was so rude to him the entire time he was helping us, he(they?) answered all of his questions with an attitude, answering his question of “is this section lab or natural” with “oh what’s the deal, you want to buy lab? Is that why you’re wondering off?” Or “I just explained everything, were you not listening?”
I will never let the love of my life spend about $18k somewhere he’s been treated badly. So after Kevin rudely said “let me get someone else to help you” in response to our questions about the final price, I told my fiancé that I’m walking out, and we left! I WILL NEVER be a customer here.

Dina and Kevin were so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. After a few tries they both honed in on our taste and shortly after we had a match. It made the process so smooth and we left very happy with our purchase! Can’t wait for our big day with our new beautiful rings.
